Toronto unloaded for nine runs in the bottom of the sixth inning - third most in a single inning in World Series history - to put the game out of reach as they go into Game 2 up 1-0 in the series.
Addison Barger would make a bit of history himself after he hit the very first pinch-hit grand slam in World Series history, which highlighted the Blue Jays' insane sixth inning.
The Blue Jays finished with 11 runs on 14 hits, with five different batters recording at least two hits. Alejando Kirk would lead the team after going 3-for-3 on the night with three runs and two RBI on three singles with a walk.
As for the Dodgers, not a single batter recorded more than one hit. Shohei Ohtani led the team with two RBI on a two-run home run in the top of the seventh.
Game 2 of the 2025 World Series will take place in Toronto on Saturday, October 25th, at 20:00 Eastern (01:00 BST - Sunday).

The first inning was a pitching thriller.
After Toronto's Trey Yasavage finished a 1-2-3 inning after striking out Shohei Ohtani, Los Angeles' Blake Snell would go on to get out of a two-out bases-loaded inning jam after throwing 29 pitches - the most he's thrown in a single inning all postseason.
Dodgers 1-0 Blue Jays
Yesavage almost found himself in major trouble during the second inning.
LA's Keke Hernandez hit an RBI single to put the Dodgers up 1-0. After loading the bases with one out, the rookie pitcher would strike out Andy Pages and force Ohtani to ground out to limit the damage.
In the bottom half of the inning, Snell would get out unscathed after just 12 pitches to keep the score 1-0.
Dodgers 2-0 Blue Jays
The Dodgers would keep pouring it on in the third inning.
After getting runners on first and second with no outs, Will Smith brought Mookie Betts home with a single to right field. Freddie Freeman would eventually get caught in a rundown between second and third during the same play for the first out of the inning.
Blue Jays 2-2 Dodgers
But the Blue Jays would battle back in the fourth inning.
After a line drive single to right field by Alejandro Kirk, Daulton Varsho became the first left-handed hitter to smack a home run against Snell all season long to tie it up 2-2 for the Blue Jays.
Pitcher Yasavage would finish the night after four innings of work, giving up two runs on three hits with three walks and five strikeouts.
Blue Jays 11-2 Dodgers
After giving up a home run to Varsho in the fourth inning, Snell's night would officially come to an end after hitting Varsho with a pitch in the bottom of the sixth inning, loading the bases with no outs.
Ernie Clement would deliver an RBI single off relief pitcher Emmet Sheehan's second pitch of the game. Sheehan would go on to walk home a run and give up an RBI single to Andres Gimenez before his short night came to an end.
Bargers would follow up with a grand slam that sent the city of Toronto into a frenzy.
To follow that up, Kirk sent one into the stands shortly after to finish off what was a nine-run inning off of three Dodgers pitchers.
Blue Jays 11-4 Dodgers
Ohtani would keep his power bat going as he hit a two-run home run in the top of the seventh inning off of Blue Jays relief pitcher Braydon Fisher.
It was the first World Series home run of Ohtani's career.
Relievers from both teams would shut things out until the end of the game as Toronto took Game 1.
