22:47 BST - Pep Guardiola said after tonight's victory that they're now looking forward to their crunch match with Arsenal this weekend.
"We play a lot of minutes against 10," he told TNT Sports.
"Italian teams are unbelievable (at defending). I've faced them many, many times in the Champions League.
"The resilience, the focus - I admire them so much.
"I'm very pleased. It's been a tough week, and we have an incredibly tough challenge on Sunday (against Arsenal), but we are going there with a good feeling."
22:33 BST - ...And you can see the full highlights from Newcastle's narrow defeat to Barcelona here, too:

22:30 BST - After arguably one of the best nights of his career, Marcus Rashford admitted he was thoroughly enjoying his time with Barcelona.
"They want to see the team win and play good football," Rashford told TNT Sports.
"This isn't an easy place to play football. The first half was cagey. It's very difficult to play against this team.
"It was a split second, I felt there was a gap. I thought I would try to get a shot off. Their player was trying to block it, so I tried to lift it. I knew when I caught it, it would take the keeper some going to stop it.
"I'm full of excitement. I'm very motivated and determined. The quality we have in the team excites me. It's so refreshing to play with these players."
22:26 BST - Barcelona have now scored in their last 21 games in the UEFA Champions League, their longest run of games with a goal in the competition since a run of 22 games from September 17th, 2014, to April 5th, 2016.

"They were a nightmare team to break down," Foden told TNT Sports.
"I thought we were pretty clever and didn't give away too many turnovers.
"The first half was a bit frustrating. I wasn't getting too many touches between the lines. Erling is always going to make that run. It's just about getting that connection.
"He seems to break every record going. It's unheard of what he's doing. What an unbelievable player."
22:19 BST - Barcelona boss Hansi Flick was delighted to see Rashford get on the scoresheet tonight.
"It was a fantastic atmosphere," Flick told TNT Sports.
"We saw how Newcastle were playing with high intensity. It's what we expoected. We had the confidence and believed in our strengths.
"We always see this (from Rashford) in training and we saw it today. I'm happy for him. In the offence, we have a lot of good players and he's one. I'm happy to have him. He gives us more options.
"These two goals will help a lot to get Marcus to the next step. It's so important he has the confidence and feels OK. These goals are unbelievable for him for the next steps."

Elsewhere, Leverkusen trail 1-0 in Copenhagen.
17:33 BST - Wonderkid Lamine Yamal is out injured for Barcelona's clash with Newcastle tonight.

Scott McTominay has firmly established himself as one of the Partenopei's most important players over the last 12 months, winning the MVP award in Serie A for 2024/25 after being sold by Man Utd.
Rasmus Hojlund has only recently left the Red Devils but still managed to score on his debut at the weekend, looking like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders in the process.
However, by far the biggest homecoming of course is that of City legend Kevin de Bruyne.

"They were aggressive and never give up, they have quality players who can punish you," he told TNT Sports.
"We try, we kept pushing for the 3-1. We concede the equaliser, massively deflected. It was not great. We found a way again. We were dangerous in our set-pieces anyway, they were pretty aggressive, I must say. I'm glad I got the winner.
"We have shown many times that we are capable.
"Today I was the one with the winner, and now we move on."
22:01 BST - FULL-TIME! It's also finished PSG 4-0 Atalanta and Ajax 0-2 Inter.

22:37 BST - You can see highlights of Arsenal's win against Athletic Club and Tottenham's victory over Villarreal below.
22:33 BST - Tottenham boss Thomas Frank to Amazon Prime: "I am very happy with that. There were many good things, and we defended exceptionally well against a very good Villarreal side. Offensively, we did not reach the highest level and gave the ball away, but it was a very even game that we just edged. João Palhinha is a very good player and stabilised the game.
"What I learned is that my team are working very hard. Our defensive organisation is good and we gave very little away. Offensively, that is definitely the area where we need to improve, find relationships, and raise the level.
"Maybe on the day we did not reach that high standard, but it happens.
"Let us be happy today because it is so difficult to win these games. We can analyse tomorrow."
22:16 BST - Spurs midfielder Lucas Bergvall said to Amazon Prime: "It was really tough. Villarreal did a great performance but a 1-0 win at home is amazing.
"We managed to get three points today and we talk a lot about 'clean sheet mentality' and they did not have a shot on target, so we did a really good job," he added.
22:14 BST - Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven told Amazon Prime: "I think it was a tough one, not an easy one. We didn't play well today but it was an important one (win).
"We had a really good start and of course you want to build on that but Villarreal are a really difficult team to play against. Also, every time on the counter-attack they keep the strikers forward, they're really dangerous.
"Of course you want to build on the 1-0 at the start of the game but at the end we got the three points and that's the most important.
"I think we are a difficult team to play against, for sure. Structure-wise, we are standing really well, and we all know what to do, so we're a difficult team to beat."

22:10 BST - Stay with us, reaction to come!
21:56 BST - FULL-TIME! And it's all over in Turin. Dortmund have thrown away a 4-2 lead in the 93rd minute to draw 4-4!
