Dobey squanders five darts for the leg but Merkx isn't clinical enough. He's allowed back up and finally hits double 8, not in convincing fashion at all.
Dobey speeds his way down to a 41 finish after two maximums and he takes out his double to win the match! It wasn't easy for him in the end!

Veenstra and Toylo both have the Big Fish 170 finish which they don't land. Veenstra comes back on 34 and hits his double for a hold.
Toylo gets down quickly and leaves a Shanghai 120. Tops doesn't go, Veenstra on 66 can't hit the double either and Toylo comes back and finishes the job.
It's not a vintage leg it has to be said, but Toylo gets the crowd up with a stunning 146 checkout to surprise everyone including Veentra, who loses his throw.
Veenstra sets up on 32 despite having a finish with Toylo left with 164. The is worth taking as he comes back to hit double 8, break and force another decider.
