Luke Littler and Luke Humphries, who contested this year's final, will headline next season's tour, which opens at Glasgow's OVO Hydro on Thursday, February 4th.
Littler goes into 2027 as defending champion after beating Humphries 11-10 at The O2 in May, taking back the title Humphries won from him in 2025.
The 19-year-old topped the league phase with 43 points and six nightly wins, nine points clear of Jonny Clayton in second. It was his second Premier League crown after his debut win in 2024.
The full lineup will not be confirmed until after the World Championship.
The top four on the PDC Order of Merit after Alexandra Palace qualify automatically, and the PDC picks the other four.
Littler, Humphries and Gian van Veen fill the top three in the current rankings, with Gerwyn Price currently in fourth. Clayton, sixth-placed James Wade and Josh Rock sit just behind Price, so a good run at the Worlds could still change who goes through automatically.
Michael van Gerwen is ninth in the rankings after finishing sixth in this year's league phase, meaning he would probably need a wildcard, as Clayton, Stephen Bunting, Rock and Price did in 2026.
After the opener in Glasgow, the league then moves to Berlin, Newcastle, Belfast and Cardiff during February and early March, before stops in Nottingham and Dublin.
Antwerp's AFAS Dome hosts the eighth night on March 25th, the second year running that the Premier League has visited the Belgian city. Brighton, Manchester, Rotterdam and Liverpool follow in April, with Birmingham staging the final night of the month.
The league phase ends with back-to-back nights in Leeds, Aberdeen and Sheffield. The top four players then go through to Finals Night at The O2 in London on Thursday, May 27th.
