As a current subscriber to the banner-free Flashscore, you are among the users to whom we are very grateful for your support. For over 17 years, we have been providing you with a diverse range of sports content, and we continually strive to improve. It comes with significant costs that need to be covered – mostly thanks to the ads displayed in the free version of Flashscore, but subscriptions are an important alternative.
The option to switch to the banner-free version has been available in our iOS app in testing mode for some time, with a corresponding price that reflects this stage. Since then, we have introduced additional content, including new statistics and sports data, news, video, and audio content, as well as new advertising zones in the free version. We had to make adjustments to reflect these changes. One of them is the price increase, which reflects the current cost of that content.
Flashscore+, a new premium version for iOS with all banners removed, offers two price plans: £3.99 per month, or £29.99 for a season pass (i.e, 12-month subscription) or local currency equivalents. The price change does not affect your current subscription – you will continue to enjoy banner-free Flashscore for the entire subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will decide if you want to continue with Flashscore+ or switch to free Flashscore.
