Bayern Munich and Real Madrid face off in the second leg of their UCL quarter-final, with it all to play for at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern will be disappointed that they conceded late against Real, but Vincent Kompany’s side will be confident they can finish the job at home as they are unbeaten in their last 15 games across all competitions (W13, D2) after winning again on the weekend against St Pauli.

Real, on the other hand, have not won in three after drawing against Girona on Friday. It was not great preparation for Alvaro Arebloa’s team, yet history would tell you not to write off Los Blancos in Europe, as we have seen in seasons gone by.

One key player this season who will definitely be missing is Lennart Karl, who did not play on the weekend because of a muscle injury.
