Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt have officially unveiled their 2025 third kit as they prepare for a first-ever appearance in the league phase of the UEFA Champions League.

The new kit raises awareness of the dangers of climate change and the gradual melting of Svartisen, Norway’s second largest glacier.

Known for its breathtaking vistas of icy blues, Svartisen is both a natural wonder and a stark reminder of the urgent challenges facing our planet.

While the glacier remains a spectacular landmark, it is melting at an alarming pace and could disappear completely within the next 30 to 50 years.

By echoing Svartisen’s blend of snow and ice in the kit, Bodo/Glimt pay tribute to both the glacier while drawing attention to the need to protect it.

The white and blue in the kit reflect the glacier’s snow and ice. At the same time, the construction of the jersey highlights the club’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.

Glimt’s 2025 kits are produced with Puma's 95% RE:RIBRE material, which is made from recycled textile waste, reinforcing the club’s mission to reduce environmental impact.

“Glimt have been good at kits for many years now, and this one is definitely up there. I think it’s among the coolest kits we’ve had,” said Bodo/Glimt winger Ole-Didrik Blomberg about the new design.

“It’s stylish, symbolic, and I believe it will be a fan favourite both in Norway and abroad.”
