We keep things simple for our opening bet on an important night at the Etihad Stadium. Nerves will play a part on Wednesday, with the players on the field knowing the result will shape their future in this competition. We're backing Manchester City to make home advantage count to win, collect all three points and march to the next stage in style.
Man City's recent form isn't great. Pep's team have lost two of their last three in this competition. They have won only one of their last five games in the English Premier League, drawing three and losing the remaining in that run. A draw wouldn't help their cause much in midweek.
