The last Champions League matchday of 2025 will see Tottenham Hotspur take on Slavia Prague at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Spurs will be hoping to consolidate their position in the table and, if results go their way, make up some places. Slavia will be hoping to get their first win of the competition in this match despite the challenge they face.
Spurs come into this match, finally getting their first win in five games against Brentford on the weekend. With the team’s home form this season not being its best - 10 home defeats this year, a joint high for the club - it makes that victory even more important, especially with this home match against the team from Prague now.
Slavia are dominating the Czech First League with five consecutive wins, but in Europe have only three points from five matches (D3, L2). Overall, they have a 12-game winless run in major UEFA competitions, and it is unlikely for them to turn that tide against Spurs.

Spurs team news
Manager Thomas Frank said that Destiny Udogie, who missed Saturday’s game against Brentford, had sustained a “soft tissue injury” in the Newcastle match; however, he does not expect the Italian defender to be out for too long. Mathys Tel is unavailable for this game, having not been included in the Champions League squad.
Ricaharlison netted again on the weekend, scoring for the third time in five games. He may expect that form to keep him starting on Tuesday, but Randal Kolo Muani has four goal contributions in his last two UCL games. There is the opportunity to play them both, as they did against PSG, yet against Slavia, where they would be expected to be on the front foot, Richarlison would more likely play on the left side of the attack.
That being said, Kolo Muani was seen limping as he left the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, and an update on the striker's fitness will be expected in Frank’s press conference ahead of Tuesday.

Slavia Prague team news
Forward Tomas Chory missed Slavia Prague’s last league match against Teplice due to illness. Before that, Chory had two goals in three games and had featured in every Champions League game for Slavia so far. It is yet to be seen if he will make a recovery for the trip to London. The team have several long-term injuries with none of those players expected back soon.
With Chory out, the other Slavia striker, Mojmír Chytil, looks to be front and centre in the attack, having scored braces in each of his two league appearances since the last UCL matchday. He is yet to score in the Champions League, though.

Head-to-Head record
Spurs registered their first win in six games against Brentford, a winless run that included a loss last time in the UCL against PSG. Despite losing that game Spurs haven’t lost consecutive games in major European competition since March 2020. Slavia drew in the previous game against Athletic Club, their third draw in the tournament so far, and their 12th game in a row without winning in European competitions.
The two teams have met four times in Europe, with Spurs winning three and drawing one. Slavia Prague have only won two of their previous 16 games against English sides in Europe (D4 L10), with those two victories being in the UEFA Cup/Europa League. In the Champions League only, they have not won in three, most recently losing to Arsenal two matchdays ago.
Spurs start the gameweek sitting in 16th and on eight points, with Slavia 31st on three points.
