The latest round of matches saw Coventry continue their winning run with a 2-1 victory against Sheffield Wednesday, Leeds defeat Sunderland by the same scoreline after a 95th-minute winner and Swansea sack manager Luke Williams following a 3-1 loss to Stoke.
There were also reports of alleged racial abuse in Burnley's 0-0 draw with Preston following an incident between Hannibal Mejbri and Milutin Osmajic.
As always, Flashscore have taken a look at all the key talking points from the latest Championship action.

Leeds break Sunderland's hearts
Heading into the final match of the weekend, just seven points separated Leeds in second place and Sunderland in fourth.
That set up a nervy encounter between the two sides on Monday evening at Elland Road - in what wasn't quite a must-win for either side, but at the same time, a loss could have proved devastating.
A win for the Yorkshire club would have opened up a real gap between themselves and the Black Cats while victory for the visitors would have helped to dispell any ideas that they might drop out of the promotion race in the closing weeks of the campaign.
Sunderland took an unlikely lead on the night despite heavy pressure from the hosts with Wilson Isidor showing exceptional attacking instinct to turn Ethan Ampadu and finish in off the post.
The Black Cats held on for the majority of the match but came unstuck from a delightful Joe Rothwell set-piece, which found the head of Pascal Struijk in the 78th minute.
An all-too-similar scenario followed in the dying embers of the match as Rothwell whipped in a superb cross once more for Struijk to again head in from close range - sending the home fans wild at a goal that could be a key contributor to their potential promotion.
While the season is far from over, Leeds are yet to lose in the league in 2025 and have conceded just once in their last seven Championship games (Isidor's aforementioned strike).
Daniel Farke's side have the quality both on the pitch and on their bench to keep on pushing for promotion and now sit seven points clear of third-placed Burnley - they are the current favourites to claim one of the two automatic promotion spots.
For Sunderland, they must regroup and hope that the sides above them continue to drop points.
Regis Le Bris has done an exceptional job so far and likely has secured a play-off spot already but - while now a lot more difficult - automatic promotion isn't out of the question completely.

Alleged racial abuse in Burnley's clash with Preston
Burnley took on local rivals Preston on Saturday in a match that - on the football side of things - was largely uneventful and ended in a 0-0 draw.
Unfortunately, the occasion was tainted by an alleged racist comment from Preston striker Osmajic, targeted at Burnley midfielder Hannibal.
The incident occurred during the second half and the TV cameras picked up the exchange between the two players - although it's unclear what was said from the live television feed.
Osmajic's comment sparked an obvious reaction from Hannibal though, with the midfielder immediately calling over the referee.
Burnley have since confirmed that a complaint was made to the officials both during and after the match and that an investigation was now ongoing - although the Preston striker has refuted any allegations of racism.
Williams sacked by Swansea
Luke Williams has become the Championship's latest managerial casualty after being dismissed by Swansea following their 3-1 defeat against Stoke.
The Swans have been on a downward trajectory for some time now with just one win and one draw in 2025 (eight defeats in all competitions).
Their latest loss came at the hands of fellow strugglers Stoke with the Potters coming from 1-0 down to score three second-half goals and secure a valuable victory.
Williams had been under pressure for quite some time - some of which was brought on by himself following links to other jobs higher up the table.
The Englishman said that he wasn't sure if his future was at Swansea following links to the then-vacant managerial role at West Brom, which left a sour taste for some supporters.
A run of one win in eight league games followed after those comments and the manager has now been relieved of his duties.
While not at immediate threat of relegation there is pressure on the Swansea hierarchy to pick the right man for the job heading into the remaining 13 games of the season.
Lampard leads Coventry's play-off charge
Coventry have enjoyed a complete resurgence since the controversial appointment of Frank Lampard, with the Premier League legend replacing fan favourite Mark Robins towards the end of 2024.
It seems to have been an inspired choice with the Sky Blues now on a run of six wins in their last seven league games after an inconsistent start under the Englishman.
Their latest victory came against fellow play-off chasers Sheffield Wednesday with Ellis Simms netting a brace in their 2-1 triumph.
The result saw Coventry move up to seventh in the table, just a point outside of the top six - when Lampard took over, the club were just two points above the relegation zone.

While their squad is far from relegation quality and the team had been underperforming earlier in the campaign, Lampard has done an incredible job in orchestrating their rise up the league over the last couple of months.
Often a ridiculed individual when it comes to management, the former Chelsea player deserves plenty of credit for the job done so far with Coventry.
Baker scores from his own half
We touched on Stoke's win over Swansea a little earlier, but the main highlight from the match came with one of the final kicks of the game.
Lewis Baker scored an outrageous effort from his own half in the 93rd minute to seal all three points for the hosts, taking aim before lobbing an excellent strike over the stranded Lawrence Vigouroux.
While there were a few great goals over the weekend, Baker's clearly stands out as our Goal of the Week.
Struijk the hero for Leeds
As mentioned previously, Pascal Struijk netted twice in Leeds' crucial 2-1 win over Sunderland.
The defender was actually brought on as a second-half substitute and twice headed home from close range to secure a comeback victory for his side.
Struijk's brace earned him a 9.2 Flashscore player rating - the highest of anyone over the weekend, which makes him our Player of the Week!
