Ipswich salvaged a 1-1 draw in their replayed Championship clash against Blackburn thanks to Sinde Walle Egeli's stoppage-time equaliser on Tuesday.

Egeli grabbed his first goal for Ipswich with almost the last kick of the game at Ewood Park.

He cancelled out Andri Gudjohnsen's 76th-minute header to deny Blackburn only their second home win this season.

The second-tier fixture was abandoned in September, with Blackburn winning 1-0 against 10 men in the 80th minute.

A sudden downpour caused a waterlogged pitch, leaving Blackburn boss Valerien Ismael to blast the "disgraceful" decision to replay the match in full after the abandonment.

Ismael's mood was hardly improved as his struggling side conceded a last-gasp equaliser for the second consecutive game.

Blackburn are languishing in 18th, only four points clear of the relegation zone, while Ipswich sit in seventh place, one point outside the play-offs.
