23:05 BST - Congratulations to Chelsea who complete a trophy clean-sweep with their players now set for a deserved holiday ahead of the new season.
That concludes our coverage tonight. Thanks for joining us!
22:57 BST - Gianni Infantino and Donald Trump lift the trophy off its base and hand it to Reece James who lifts it into the air. Trump is still standing in the middle of the Chelsea players as they celebrate.
22:52 BST - PSG collect their runners-up medals, and now up come Chelsea...
22:45 BST - US President Donald Trump and FIFA President Gianni Infantino walk out side-by-side for the trophy presentation.
Golden Boot: Gonzalo Garcia (Real Madrid)
Best Young Player: Desire Doue (PSG)
Golden Glove: Robert Sanchez (Chelsea)
Golden Ball (Player of the Tournament): Cole Palmer (Chelsea)
22:39 BST - Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca said their Club World Cup win has left him speechless.
"I have no words for the players. They all deserve this and it's a good moment," he told Dazn.
"For me, we won the game in the first 10 minutes. We set the tempo and we were very good at pressing them. The conditions made it hard to keep going but the boys did well.
"Today we found a position for him (Cole Palmer) where there was more space to attack. Obviously Cole played really well but the effort from all the players was fantastic.
"Of course I am very excited (about the future) but I'm more excited that we have three weeks off."
22:29 BST - Goalscorer Cole Palmer has praised Chelsea for their spirited performance in beating the European champions.
He told Dazn: "It's a great feeling. Even better because everyone doubted us before the game, we knew that. To put a fight on like we did, it's good.
"The gaffer put a great game plan out. He knew where the space was going to be. He tried to free me up as much as possible and I just had to repay him and score some goals.
"(Enzo Maresca) is building something special, something important. Everyone has talked a lot of … about us all season but I feel like we are going in the right direction."
22:17 BST - Reaction to come from the MetLife Stadium.
22:16 BST - FULL TIME! Chelsea win the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup!
There's some ugly scenes with PSG and Chelsea players embroiled in pushing and shoving, but to his credit Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca ushers his players away quickly.

22:10 BST - There will be five minutes of stoppage time to be played.
22:05 BST - RED CARD! PSG are down to ten as Joao Neves pulls Marc Cucurella's hair in an effort to drag him back. What was he thinking? The Parisians are in a mess here.
Chelsea are five minutes away from adding the Club World Cup to their trophy collection.
22:00 BST - We are in to the final 10 minutes of the match at the MetLife Stadium. Can the European champions find a way back into this match?
21:59 BST - So close to a fourth goal for Chelsea! Liam Delap is one-on-one with Gianluigi Donnarumma who manages to push his tame effort wide.
21:48 BST - Liam Delap comes on for Chelsea goalscorer Joao Pedro and almost makes an immediate impact, but his curling drive towards goal is saved by Gianluigi Donnarumma.
21:32 BST - Another fantastic save for Robert Sanchez who denies Ousmane Dembele from close range. It's still 3-0.
21:25 BST - PSG get the second half underway by smashing the ball out of play, as is customary. I wonder how many teams will do that next season?
21:21 BST - It's been a slightly longer half-time break for the players with J Balvin, Doja Cat, Tems and Coldplay taking turns to belt out songs in the top tier of the MetLife Stadium.
21:01 BST - HALF-TIME! The whistle blows and Chelsea are in dreamland at the break. They lead the European champions 3-0.

20:55 BST - There will be six minutes of time added on at the end of the first half.
20:53 BST - GOAL! Oh my! Chelsea make it 3-0. Cole Palmer threads the ball through to Joao Pedro who charges into the area and dinks over the onrushing Gianluigi Donnarumma.
What a super goal that is, and what a first 45 minutes this is for the Blues.
20:46 BST - Cole Palmer is the first player to score multiple goals in any half against PSG since Luis Enrique became head coach in 2023.
20:39 BST - GOAL! Chelsea go 2-0 up and it's a carbon copy of the first goal! Cole Palmer cuts inside on the edge of the area, sends Lucas Beraldo to the ground and shoots low past Gianluigi Donnarumma.
20:32 BST - GOAL! They've been knocking on the door and Chelsea now have the breakthrough! Cole Palmer cooly slots home on the edge of the area to score his second goal of the tournament. 1-0!
20:28 BST - PSG go close but Robert Sanchez does well to get down quickly to stop a Desire Doue effort.
20:18 BST - Cole Palmer goes agonisingly close for Chelsea but his curling shot fizzes past the post.
20:10 BST - FINALLY. Referee Alireza Faghani blows his whistle and Chelsea get the game started.
20:09 BST - We're almost underway but then out comes Michael Buffer to announce the teams, as if nobody knows? For goodness sake, when will this game kick off?
20:04 BST - PSG and Chelsea players are now walking out, one-by-one. We're already four minutes late.
19:58 BST - The US national anthem is played as Donald Trump salutes next to his wife, Melania, and FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
Fireworks go off, a military fly past roars overhead and - one presumes - the players are about to walk out.
19:45 BST - The final ceremony is underway with Robbie Williams and Laura Pausini singing the new FIFA anthem, but there does appear to be several empty seats around the stadium.
We have 15 minutes until kick-off.
19:29 BST - US President Donald Trump has reportedly just arrived at the MetLife Stadium and as you would expect, security for the game is extremely tight.
Snipers have been photographed on the roof and Secret Service agents have been spotted around the ground.

19:22 BST - There will be no trophy parade in west London if Chelsea win tonight.
The players are keen to have a break after such a long season and most of them will be jetting off to the Caribbean and LA on holiday after the match.
They are all due to return back to Chelsea's training ground in Cobham, Surrey on Monday 4th August - that's two weeks before the start of the new season.
19:05 BST - This will be Marquinhos' 22nd career final with PSG. He has been on the winning side in 19 of the previous 21 (including one penalty shoot-out win), only losing on penalties in the 2019 Coupe de France final against Rennes, and the 2020 Champions League final against Bayern Munich.
19:00 BST - Here's your one-hour countdown until kick-off...

18:35 BST - The team news is in!
Joao Pedro is preferred to either Nicolas Jackson or Liam Delap in attack for Chelsea while Moises Caicedo is fit to start after twisting his ankle in the semi-final. But how long will he last?
PSG are unchanged after beating Real Madrid 4-0 in the other semi-final.
Chelsea: Robert Sanchez, Marc Cucurella, Levi Colwill, Trevoh Chalobah, Malo Gusto, Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo, Reece James, Pedro Neto, Joao Pedro, Cole Palmer

17:00 BST - Could this be a good omen for PSG's Marquinhos and Lucas Beraldo, as well as Chelsea's Joao Pedro? FIFA have produced a slick video showing that players from Brazil have scored the most goals at the FIFA Club World Cup.
Will any of them add to that tally tonight?
15:40 BST - Take a look at some of the key stats with our pre-match preview below.
15:05 BST - Here's how Chelsea and PSG both reached tonight's final.
15:00 BST - And here we are. After a gruelling club season and month-long international tournament played in fierce heat, both PSG and Chelsea will be battling it out to be crowned inaugural winners of the revamped FIFA Club World Cup in New Jersey later tonight.
FIFA's flagship competition has stoked controversy for being an unnecessary addition to a packed schedule, but whether you're in the camp Gianni Infantino - who hailed the tournament as the "world's most successful club competition" - or Jurgen Klopp, who slammed it as the "worst idea ever implemented in football", one thing is for certain: the tournament's first champion is set to be crowned, and they will walk away with almost £100m.
Stay with us for all the latest news and updates throughout the afternoon. Kick-off at the MetLife Stadium is at 15:00 local, 20:00 BST.
