Thursday saw more historic moments in the UEFA Conference League as the second half of the league phase got underway. Now that matchday 4 is complete, here is one stat from each of the ties that took place.

Hamrun earn maiden win as Celje and Mainz are beaten

13 - Zrinjski Mostar are back on track after claiming a 2-1 home victory against BK Hacken. The Bosnian champions turned things around in the space of four second-half minutes to earn a valuable three points. Across five home league phase games in the Conference League all-time, they have upped their tally to 13 goals, scoring in each match.

4 - Mainz lost out on a chance to practically lock up a top-eight spot after falling 1-0 away to CS Universitatea Craiova. Assad Al Hamlawi's penalty midway through the second half made the difference for the Romanians, who have now won two in a row. As for Karnevalsverein, they have lost an away match in Europe for the fourth time, two of which have come this term.

21 - Czech Cup winners Sigma Olomouc have claimed back-to-back victories in the UECL following a 2-1 defeat of the previously-perfect Celje. Abubakar Ghali got both goals for the home club, who are a point outside of the top eight. Despite having just 31% of the possession, Sigma fired off 21 attempts in the 90 minutes.

12 - There is hope for Slovan Bratislava. The UECL regulars from Slovakia scored twice in the space of three minutes shortly after the restart to get past Rayo Vallecano 2-1 at home. Guram Kashia and Alasana Yirajang found the back of the net for the hosts, who have ended a 12-game losing streak in group phase play. Their last victory came two years ago at KI Klaksvik.

7 - It was a dominant showing from Rakow Czestochowa as they easily beat the struggling Rapid Wien 4-1. The Poles are in a great spot to advance from the league phase, having collected eight points from four matches. As for Rapid, it looks like they sit bottom of the standings without a point. Rakow are on a run of seven European games without defeat (5-2-0), the best ever for the club.

3 - Omonia Nicosia's hopes of playing in the Conference League knockout rounds for the second year running were boosted following a 2-0 success over Dynamo Kyiv. The Cypriots scored a goal in each half, which was enough to see them over the line. Dynamo are without a win over a club from Cyprus, failing to come out on top across three matches (0-1-2).

5 - Lech Poznan bounced back from two successive road losses by prevailing 2-0 against Lausanne-Sport. Despite being outshot 16-6, the hosts made the most of their opportunities against their wasteful opponents. Participating in the UECL proper for the second time, Lech have now kept five clean sheets in the main round of the competition.

14 - History was made in Malta, where Hamrun Spartans recovered from going a goal down against Gibraltar's Lincoln Red Imps to grab a 3-1 victory. Semir Smajlagic claimed what ultimately was the winner 16 minutes from time, giving Hamrun their first points in the competition. That was the club's 14th win in UEFA club competition action all-time, and ninth at home.

0 - Shelbourne put up a decent defensive effort in the Netherlands against AZ. In the end, it was not enough for the Irish side, who were beaten 2-0 in Alkmaar. Their hopes of progressing past this stage are dwindling very quickly. Making matters worse, the Shels have still not scored any goals in this league phase. They are the only one of the 36 clubs that can say this.

Strasbourg claim huge result over reeling Palace

19 - Neither Aberdeen nor FC Noah could be separated in their clash at Pittodrie, with the match ending 1-1. A Kevin Nisbet goal just before the break was cancelled out by Nardin Mulahusejnovic seven minutes into the second half. It was still a decent match with chances. The pair combined for a total of 19 shots in the match, 10-9 in Noah's favour.

8 - In what was something of a surprise result, Bredablik managed their most impressive result of the league phase by holding Samsunspor to a 2-2 draw in Iceland. Both sides had the lead in this one, but in the end, no one was able to claim all three points. It was the first time Samsunspor dropped points in the league phase. As for Breidablik, they have conceded eight times versus Turkish teams all-time.

6 - Drita earned a massive 1-0 success against Shkendija in an all-Balkan clash that all but secures the Kosovar side a knockout round place. Arb Manaj was the only goalscorer of the game, as the hosts remain unbeaten in their first crack at the group phase. In fact, Drita are on their best run in continental football ever, with six games without loss (4-2-0).

11 - Rijeka, playing in a group phase for the first time since 2020/21, have secured another positive result. They managed to hold AEK Larnaca to a goalless draw, something the Cypriot side also achieved last matchday. In fact, the domestic double winners from Croatia created more chances. With that said, it is the first time in 11 years that Rijeka have kept three straight home clean sheets.

1 - AEK Athens picked up their most impressive win of the season thus far. Mijat Gacinovic's winner 10 minutes before half-time secured the Greek side a 1-0 defeat of Fiorentina on the road. The guests outshot their opponents 12-10 as they go one point out of the top eight. As for La Viola, they have suffered a home defeat in the Conference League group phase for the first time.

16 - After making the quarter-finals last season, Jagiellonia Bialystok look set to play in the knockout rounds once more. Afimico Pululu keeps up his excellent goalscoring record in the competition with what proved to be the winner six minutes after the break to see them past KuPS Kuopio 1-0 at home. It was a 16th clean sheet in Europe for Jagiellonia, 12 of which came at home.

30 - Things continue to go sideways for Legia Warsaw, who fell 1-0 at home to Sparta Praha in what was a huge clash. Angelo Preciado scored the lone goal for the guests to bolster their chances of knockout football. Legia are in trouble heading into the final two rounds. They have failed to score in consecutive home games for the first time in six games. They went 30 matches without going scoreless in back-to-back home clashes.

9 - Shakhtar Donetsk are basically in the knockout round thanks to their 2-1 victory at Shamrock Rovers. The Pitmen were made to sweat late on, but managed to hold off the new Irish champions to win a third league phase match this fall. Shakhtar are now on a six-game unbeaten run on the road (4-2-0), scoring nine times in the process.

2 - Ligue 1 side Strasbourg became one of two clubs to secure a place in the knockout phase after beating Crystal Palace 2-1 in front of their home fans. Despite falling behind, the home team recovered in the second half to claim a third victory in the league phase. In what was their third match against teams from England, Strasbourg have won for the second time.
