22:52 BST - Thank you for joining us tonight. See you on Saturday for the Champions League final!

22:30 BST - Chelsea defender Levi Colwill says his side achieved "everything they wanted" this season.

"To be the first club to have won everything possible, you can see the fans celebrating now and it shows how much it means to them," he told TNT Sports.

"We knew they were going to be a good team, especially at the start with their fans pushing them on, but we knew it was going to die off.

"We just had to wait and pick our moments, and that is what we did in the second half.

"We have achieved everything we wanted to do. It feels amazing to win my first European competition with Chelsea; hopefully, there are many more to come.

"And getting Champions League for next season, I don't think you can end any better than that."

22:21 BST - Chelsea finally get their hands on the trophy!

22:14 BST - Chelsea captain Reece James was disappointed not to start but glad to get over the line in tonight's Conference League final.

"It's a great feeling," James told TNT Sports.

"We knew it would be tough. The early goal unsettled us, but we grew into it.

"It's devastating to know you're not starting, but it's the manager's decision, and I was ready to come on when needed.

"We needed a reaction in the second half and we got it. The Conference League was something we had to win. Next season we go again in the Champions League."

22:11 BST - Tears are flowing for Betis players and fans alike as their bid for a first major European trophy ends in bitter defeat.

Chelsea players give them a guard of honour as they line up to receive their runners-up medals.

21:57 BST - That win means Chelsea have made history by becoming the first club to win the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.

21:55 BST - FULL-TIME! CHELSEA ARE THE CONFERENCE LEAGUE WINNERS!

21:50 BST - GOAL! Chelsea have a fourth and it's Moses Caicedo who seals the deal.

The 4-1 scoreline is harsh on Betis, but Chelsea have been rampant in this second half.

21:49 BST - We're going to have five minutes of added time.

21:43 BST - GOAL! Chelsea are all over Betis now, and the Spaniards are close to being down and out.

Jadon Sancho finds the ball inside the box before curling a fine shot into the corner to make it 3-1.

That may well be that.

21:36 BST - That's five goal contributions (either scored or assisted) in five senior-level cup finals for Cole Palmer.

Ice cold on the big stage.

21:29 BST - GOAL! And just like that, Chelsea are in front.

Once again, Cole Palmer delivers an exquisite cross, and this time it's Nicolas Jackson on hand to bundle the ball home.

It's 2-1, Chelsea have much better in this second half.

21:25 BST - GOAL! Chelsea are level! Cole Palmer dinks a fine cross into the box, and Enzo Fernandez times his run perfectly to nod home the leveller. It's 1-1 with around 25 minutes to go.

21:18 BST - It's been a brighter start from Chelsea in the second half as they start to command more of the ball and dictate the play.

It feels like an equaliser could be looming...

21:04 BST - The second half has kicked off.

21:02 BST - Reece James is on for Gusto and takes the captain's armband as we prepare for the second half.

20:58 BST - The majority of Betis' attacks have come from the left flank.

Chelsea right-back Malo Gusto is having a torrid time, and the 22-year-old has the lowest Flashscore rating of 5.7 at the break.

20:29 BST - Chelsea are struggling to break the defence of Real Betis right now, while the Spaniards look mischievous every time they get forward.

Real Betis have a record of W7, D4, L1 when scoring the opening goal in this season's Conference League.

20:18 BST - It's all Betis now as they're beginning to control the tempo of the game.

Interestingly, Real Betis have scored four goals in the first 15 minutes of the first half in the Conference League this season, bettered only by Chelsea's five.

The Blues won't be adding to that today.

20:09 BST - GOAL! It's been a wide-open start in the Conference League final, and it's Betis who strike first.

Veteran playmaker Isco lays off a clever pass to Abde Ezzalzouli, who keeps calm and slots a good finish into the bottom corner. It's 1-0: first blood to Betis!

18:32 BST - Real Betis coach Manuel Pellegrini said Brazil winger Antony wanted "revenge" when he arrived in Spain after flopping at Manchester United as their team prepared for Wednesday's UEFA Conference League final against Chelsea.

Antony joined the Liga side on loan in January and has roared back to form, scoring nine times and providing five assists in 25 games.

"I spoke with him before he came to Betis," Pellegrini said.

"He told me that he was not playing because he was not happy.

"Also, he wanted revenge. Here in Betis, I think that he did it in the way we know that he can."

18:20 BST - Standing between Chelsea and the Conference League trophy is Real Betis winger Antony, and that means significantly more than it did five months ago.

The Brazilian winger, 25, escaped his Manchester United nightmare in January as he joined the La Liga side on loan, looking to rebuild a career that had stalled miserably at Old Trafford.

Antony became the Red Devils' second most expensive player ever when he joined from Ajax in 2022 for £81.3 million, but flopped badly under his former coach Erik ten Hag.

18:16 BST - Enzo Maresca is a man with a point to prove as he targets football history for Chelsea in Wednesday's UEFA Conference League final against Real Betis.

Victory in the final round of Premier League matches at Nottingham Forest on Sunday secured qualification for next season's Champions League.

Now Maresca's thoughts turn to Wroclaw and the chance for Chelsea to become the first team to win all five of UEFA's major men's club competitions.
