The UEFA Women's Euro 2025 kick off this week, and reigning champions England will be hoping to make it back-to-back titles for the Lionesses.

The countdown is over, and it's time for the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025. The delayed 2021 Euros were won in dramatic style by England, and the Lionesses are one of the favourites for the title again. The 2025 tournament is being held in Switzerland and starts on July 2nd, finishing with the final on July 27th.

Spain are the tournament favourites, having won the 2023 Women’s World Cup, the 2024 Nations League and being the number one ranked team in Europe and number two in the world. They have a strong team with many stellar names like Anita Bonmatí, Alexia Putellas and Mariona Caldentey.

England are the second favourites to win, but have a difficult group to navigate in Switzerland. The holders start against France before playing the 2017 winners, the Netherlands, and eternal rivals Wales.
