Flashscore and CANAL+ are launching an exclusive series called Big Pete, where legendary goalkeeper Petr Cech sits down for unique interviews with personalities from the world of football and beyond. In the first episode, his guest was longtime Chelsea captain John Terry, who won numerous trophies alongside Cech during their decade together at the Blues. They also achieved a record streak of clean sheets, which became one of the topics of their conversation.

Terry also reminisces about José Mourinho’s time as manager of Chelsea and his famous goal celebration in front of West Ham fans, where his father and uncle were in the crowd. They touched on how even in training, it was tough to get past the Czech legend.

"Strikers would try to score against Pete, and then in the dressing room they’d say, 'We just can’t beat him!' Terry said of Cech.

"He’s big, commanding... Honestly, you were the best goalkeeper I ever played in front of, you had absolutely everything."

The iconic Blues captain also mentioned that, out of all the Premier League teams, he felt the strongest rivalry with Tottenham.

"When I was a ball boy as a kid, Spurs fans would throw things at me and shout abuse. It stuck with me. That kind of rivalry gets under your skin," Terry said.

"I’m proud that we never lost to Spurs at home. Because of that, they hate me as much as I hate them," he laughed.
