Manchester City striker Erling Haaland playfully warned Pep Guardiola about “unhappy Fantasy Football managers” after being substituted while on a hat-trick in the win against Bournemouth.

The 25-year-old scored another two goals as Man City earned a crucial 3-1 Premier League win over high-flying Bournemouth.

Haaland now has an incredible 18 goals in his 16 games across all competitions as City move into second, six points off league leaders Arsenal.

Guardiola decided to take the giant Norwegian off in the 82nd minute while on a hat-trick, something Haaland joked may have annoyed those who have him in their fantasy teams.

"There were probably a few fantasy managers who were not so happy!" he said when asked about his substitution.
