Currently away with England, Eze reflected on what has changed in his game since leaving Crystal Palace over the summer for the Gunners.
“I am confident it will be a great season,” Eze said after scoring for England in Thursday’s 2-0 win over Serbia. “That's the aim. That's what we're striving towards and working towards every day, club and country. I guess it’s an exciting time.
“For sure, playing at the highest level helps you get better. You think quicker, you play better. So I feel it's definitely helped me. From last season, again, growing, coming up more as a complete player.
“I see myself as an attacking player. Wherever I am, left, No10, right, striker, No8, I'm going to do my job. I'm going to do what the role is.
“But, of course, I'm a creative player. These are the things I want to do: score and assist, create and try and express myself.”
