23:00 GMT - That about wraps things up for us tonight. Until next time!

22:20 GMT - Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim admits his team is currently struggling in certain aspects of the game.

22:05 GMT - Hat-trick hero Amad Diallo has been speaking to TNT Sports.

"In football you have to believe," he says. "We believed until the end and are very happy to win this game. After drawing with Liverpool and Arsenal the confidence was there.

"This team deserved to win this game so I am very happy. We were the best team on the pitch."

21:56 GMT - FULL-TIME! It's all over at Old Trafford and Man Utd have beaten Southampton 3-1 courtesy of a 12-minute hat-trick from Diallo.

United were terrible for most of the match and Southampton will be distraught with that late collapse.

The Saints stay bottom of the league while Man Utd climb to 12th, four points off the top half of the table.

19:55 GMT - Man Utd have lost their last three home games: 2-3 v Nottingham Forest, 0-3 v Bournemouth and 0-2 v Newcastle. If they lose to Southampton tonight it will be their worst run since 1930. Can they stop the rot? We're five minutes away from kick-off.

17:40 GMT - Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has appealed to fans to create a hostile environment against Tottenham on Wednesday to help his side arrest a slide in form that could derail their season.

"It’s probably the nicest game of the season to watch because of the atmosphere, because of what it means to our people, what it means to us and everybody involved in the game," he said.

"Let’s create the best atmosphere that we have played at the Emirates, that’s our objective. That's something that we control - the players, the staff, and everybody that turns up tomorrow. This is something that we can do, so let's do it."

16:47 GMT - It's very much been a Jekyll and Hyde kind of season for Tottenham, who could do with a bit of calm ahead of Wednesday night's North London derby at Arsenal.

Spurs fans won't be too confident heading to the Emirates with Arsenal probably the favourites to win, but Flashscore have taken a look at why there might be reasons for some cautious optimism.

22:13 GMT - Chelsea captain Reece James was happy to get on the scoresheet for the first time in over two years against Bournemouth but was less happy with taking just a point.

"I knew the free-kick was shooting distance and I felt like that side of the goal was open, so I tried to finish it as well as I could," James told TNT Sport.

"There was a period where I was scoring quite frequently, and I haven't had that in a long time due to injuries and setbacks. So I'm happy to be back with the team, and I'm happy to get on the scoresheet again and help the team get a point.

"We had a few clear-cut chances that we should have taken in the first half and maybe put the game to bed. But if you don't take chances, that can come back to bite you on the arse."

22:08 GMT - Brentford's late goalscorer Christian Norgaard says his side will take the point after coming from behind against Manchester City.

"Once Wissa scored the first goal, we thought we had a good grip on the game," he told TNT Sports.

"I don't know how I ended up on the cross but it was nice to see it go in.

"With a top, top performance, I think we get three points today, but we'll take a point after being 2-0 down with 10 minutes to go."

22:05 GMT - Diogo Jota was happy to contribute from the bench as Liverpool saved a point against title rivals Nottingham Forest.

"I love to score goals," Jota told TNT Sports.

"I scored with my first touch today and that gave the team a bit of momentum. I had two more chances. I could have given us the three points, but unfortunately, I didn't."

21:59 GMT - Phew, that was a lively one tonight, eh?

We'll have some reaction from the games coming up in just a moment...

21:54 GMT - FULL-TIME! Nottingham Forest cling on to a point at home to Premier League leaders Liverpool.

21:23 GMT - GOAL! Just off the bench, Diogo Jota gets Liverpool level on the scoresheet within seconds. It's 1-1 at the City Ground.

21:20 GMT - GOAL! Unbelievable stuff at the Gtech but Brentford have come from two down to make it 2-2 in added time against Manchester City.

Lewis-Potter puts a great ball in for Christian Norgaard, who heads it in to send the home crowd into a frenzy.

21:11 GMT - GOAL! They're coming in thick and fast!

This time it's Brentford who pull one back through Yoane Wissa. It's 2-1, and maybe not game over after all.

21:08 GMT - GOAL! In an almost carbon copy of their first, Alex Iwobi again crosses the ball into West Ham's box, this time it's Harry Wilson who fails to get a touch, but the ball skips past Lukas Fabianski for his second cross/shot goal of the night. It's now 3-2 to West Ham.

21:06 GMT - GOAL! Manchester City look to have wrapped things up as Foden gets his second of the night, drilling home a rebound to make it 2-0.

21:04 GMT - The teams around back out at the City Ground. What a huge 45 minutes it is for fans of Nottingham Forest and Liverpool.

20:58 GMT - GOAL! The in-form Antoine Semenyo puts Bournemouth ahead at Stamford Bridge with a thunderous strike into the roof of the net. What a turnaround from the Cherries - are they on for another big scalp?

20:57 GMT - GOAL! Again it's against the run of play, and again Fulham are caught out trying to play from the back. This time, Bernd Leno dallies on the ball, allowing Lucas Pacqueta to pounce and make it 3-1 to West Ham.

20:55 GMT - GOAL! Seconds after Brentford have one ruled out for offside, a sublime Kevin De Bruyne ball on a sixpence for Phil Foden, who finishes it off first time to put Manchester City ahead with a little under 30 minutes to go.

20:46 GMT - HALF-TIME! Nottingham Forest go into the break ahead against high-flying Liverpool. The double is on!

20:42 GMT - GOAL! Fulham get one back, and deservedly so.

Alex Iwobi sticks a tidy cross into the box and Raul Jimenez causes mayhem in front of the keeper. It looks like he doesn't touch it, so it's Iwobi's goal. It's 2-1.

20:40 GMT - GOAL! Justin Kluivert tucks away the penalty - the fifth he's scored this season. It's 1-1 between Chelsea and the Cherries.

20:38 GMT - PENALTY! Bournemouth's Semenyo is fouled by Moises Caicedo in the box.

A lovely assist by Anthony Elanga as well.

20:04 GMT - GOAL! Two minutes later and West Ham double their lead thanks to a fine finish by Tomas Soucek.

It's 2-0 and all a little against the run of play, to be honest. Work to do for Fulham now.

20:01 GMT - GOAL! Not long after having one ruled out by VAR for offside, West Ham take the lead through Carlos Soler after he makes his way into the box and capitalists on a poor defensive pass to hammer one home. It's 1-0!

19:43 GMT - GOAL! Chelsea take the lead against Bournemouth after Nicolas Jackson produces a great pass to find Cole Palmer in the area.

The England man then slots home to make it 1-0.

17:55 GMT - Graham Potter began life in charge of West Ham with a 2-1 FA Cup loss against Aston Villa on Friday and now starts work on his number one priority: improving his side’s league form.

The ex-Chelsea and Brighton boss said he was encouraged by what he saw at Villa Park, so he may be optimistic about extending the Hammers’ impressive record in recent home H2Hs.

Fulham were also in FA Cup action late last week, comfortably seeing off Championship side Watford 4-1 to extend their unbeaten streak in all competitions to nine games (W3, D6). After scoring exactly twice in each of their last three Premier League games (W1, D2), Marco Silva’s side should travel with high hopes of solidifying their position in the top half.

Follow all the action live from 19:30 GMT.

17:51 GMT - Chelsea beat Morecambe 5-0 in FA Cup action over the weekend, although a repeat scoreline seems unlikely against an in-form Bournemouth side, especially as that win broke a four-match winless run for Enzo Maresca's side.

All four of those winless outings were in the Premier League, so Chelsea fans would be forgiven for not getting carried away by their hefty win against League Two opposition. They do look good value to snap their Premier League spiral here though, as not only have they beaten Bournemouth in four of the last five H2Hs, but they’re unbeaten in Tuesday-held Premier League home games since January 2002.

Follow audio commentary and stats from Chelsea versus Bournemouth here from 19:30 GMT.

17:47 GMT - A recovering Manchester City travel to Brentford tonight knowing their hosts are starting to have a wobble of their own.

Brentford are returning to Premier League action after suffering a shock 1-0 FA Cup defeat to the Championship's bottom club Plymouth Argyle on Saturday. That made it just one win in seven competitive matches for Thomas Frank’s side (D1, L5), who are showing signs that they might be losing their home turf stronghold, having lost their last three games at the Gtech Community Stadium.

The visitors have finally started to rediscover some of the form we've come to expect from the reigning champions and have avoided defeat in each of their past four competitive matches (W3, D1). The most recent was an 8-0 hammering of League Two's Salford City, meaning another win here would see City secure four wins on the bounce for the first time since October.

17:43 GMT - Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo warned that too much praise is not good for his players ahead of tonight's clash with Premier League leaders Liverpool.

"Nothing changes in our approach," the Portuguese coach said Monday.

"When we do things good we should be pleased, but too many compliments can distract us, so we don't want to pay too much attention."

17:35 GMT - Are Nottingham Forest genuine title contenders? This season's surprise package have not only defied many by residing inside the Premier League’s top-four, but their current remarkable six-game winning league streak sees them sit level on points with second-placed Arsenal.

Arne Slot certainly thinks they are.

"I've always said that you can judge the table best halfway through the season, and that moment is there now, so if Forest is up there with us, with Arsenal, Chelsea, (Manchester) City and all the others, then they definitely are a team that's in competition with us and with the other teams," the Dutchman said in a press conference yesterday.

17:32 GMT - The big one tonight is the late kick-off between Nottingham Forest and Liverpool.
