21:43 BST - That'll about do it for us tonight. Until next time!

21:30 BST - Liverpool closed to within one win of the Premier League title today, while Leicester's relegation was confirmed with Ipswich set to join the Foxes in the Championship next season.

Elsewhere, the battle for Champions League places is heating up in the closing weeks of the season as victories for Manchester City, Chelsea and Aston Villa tightened the race even further.

Take a read of three key talking points from the Premier League this weekend here.

19:15 BST - Speaking after his side's shock defeat to Wolves at home, Manchester United boss defended misfiring striker Rasmus Hojlund.

"I think if you look at the games... we have several players that missed big chances, not just Rasmus," he told reporters after the match. "But for Rasmus, the game is to score goals because he is a striker.

"But it is a team thing. Our team should score more goals, it is not just Rasmus missing chances.

"The only way I know is to work on him, show him the videos. He needed to score a goal, he will not score if he’s out. So I try to manage that during games."

18:36 BST - We've put together a little write-up on Leicester's relegation here, as an alternative to tonight's match report.

18:25 BST - FULL-TIME: Leicester 0-1 Liverpool. It's a great day for the Reds and a sad one for their hosts as Arne Slot's men go within three points of the Premier League title and the Foxes have their participation in the Championship next season confirmed. Read our match report here.

18:16 BST - A gentle reminder that, as it stands, Alexander-Arnold's goal means Liverpool just need to beat Tottenham at Anfield next weekend to be confirmed as Premier League champions, regardless of Arsenal's results.

18:02 BST - GOAL! Liverpool break the deadlock! Trent Alexander-Arnold may have just scored the goal that confirms Leicester's relegation, 1-0.

17:56 BST - Leicester are defending well against Liverpool so far, but a point today will still see their relegation confirmed. It remains 0-0 at the King Power as we hit the 70th minute.

17:32 BST - We are back underway at the King Power! Will Leicester be able to pull something out of the bag? Let's find out.

17:16 BST - HALF-TIME: Leicester 0-0 Liverpool. The Reds have pushed and pushed for an opening goal, but it remains goalless at the King Power after 45 minutes.

16:10 BST - Attention now shifts to Leicester, where the Foxes will play the role of hosts to Liverpool. The Reds can't clinch the Premier League title today, following Arsenal's win, but points dropped by the home side will result in confirmation of their relegation to the Championship.

15:56 BST - FULL-TIME: Ipswich Town 0-4 Arsenal. Going down to 10 men really hurt the Tractor Boys, but they probably weren't expecting much going into this one. The Gunners keep Liverpool waiting for the Premier League title. Our match report is here.

15:56 BST - FULL-TIME: Manchester United 0-1 Wolves. The in-form Wolves go level on points with the Red Devils, which is an eyebrow-raising factor for the hosts to digest. Read our full match report here.

14:47 BST - Arriving in the 32nd minute of this match, Leif Davis' dismissal was the earliest red card for an Ipswich player in a Premier League match since Phil Whelan in December 1994, also against Arsenal (23rd minute).

14:33 BST - RED CARD! Ipswich are now down to ten men as Leif Davis is given his marching orders. This could get messy.

14:31 BST - GOAL! It's another for Arsenal at Ipswich! Gabriel Martinelli, 2-0.

14:21 BST - GOAL! Fulham are ahead! 1-0. Former Arsenal man Alex Iwobi gives the Cottagers the lead over Chelsea.

Ipswich have failed to win any of their last 25 matches when conceding first in the Premier League, since a victory over Tottenham Hotspur on 22nd December 2001.

14:04 BST - NO GOAL! Andreas Pereira has had his goal ruled out for offside following a quick VAR review. Still 0-0 at the Cottage.

20:15 BST - That's all from us today. We'll be back tomorrow as Fulham take on Chelsea, Wolves travel to Man Utd and Arsenal face Ipswich before Liverpool play Leicester.

See you then!

19:51 BST - Aston Villa face Man City in a crucial Champions League qualification showdown on Tuesday and City manager Pep Guardiola has labelled the match as a "final".

Speaking after City's 2-0 win over Everton, he told reporters: "To win here at Goodison Park, with the moments that they (Everton) had, is good. Liverpool and Arsenal could not win here, so it was massively important.

"Of course, we are miles away from (league leaders) Liverpool. But now it (Champions League qualification) is in our hands, we need a final on Tuesday. Hopefully we can achieve this big success to qualify for the Champions League."

You can read more on this story here.

19:42 BST - Aston Villa goalscorer Ian Maatsen has spoken of his delight at helping his club boost their Champions League hopes next season after they crashed out to PSG earlier this week.

"We take that disappointment into this game," he told Sky Sports. "We still have a lot of important games in the Premier League. We want to get a European place so we're fighting for that. So many beautiful goals today and a good team performance.

"We’re really strong here and against a tough opponent - they're in a good moment and we ended that run. (I'm) really happy with the team performance, it's a good win today."

Meanwhile Newcastle's Kieran Trippier said their defeat was a "reality check".

He told Sky Sports: "We want to qualify for the Champions League. Today was a setback but we've got a full week to recover and analyse where we went through today.

"You come into games like this against teams like this and it's a bit of a reality check maybe."

19:29 BST - Stay with us, reaction to come!

19:27 BST - FULL TIME! And there goes the whistle. Aston Villa climb to sixth in the table with a 4-1 win over Newcastle, who stay in third.

19:20 BST - There will be six minutes of time added on.

19:11 BST - This is the fourth time that Newcastle have conceded four or more goals in the Premier League this season, with only the bottom three of Ipswich (eight), Leicester (five), and Southampton (five) doing so more often.

It is the first time this season that Aston Villa have scored four times in the league.

19:10 BST - Amadou Onana has scored as many goals in 21 Premier League appearances for Aston Villa as he netted in 63 games in the competition for Everton (three).

19:05 BST - GOAL! Wow! Villa go 4-1 up! Amadou Onana has only been on a matter of minutes but he takes hold of the ball outside the area and thumps a rasping shot high into the net.

19:04 BST - GOAL! And it's a third for Villa! Dan Burn attempts to block a cross into the box but the ball hits his leg and squirms past Nick Pope's near post. Agony for Newcastle but Villa go 3-1 up!

18:57 BST - How crucial will that goal be in the race for a Champions League spot? As things stand, Villa will climb to sixth in the table level on points with Nottingham Forest in fifth - having played a game more - but they will only one point behind Man City in fourth with Newcastle a further point away in third.

"That's gold dust for Villa", says Alan Smith on Sky Sports.

18:55 BST - GOAL! Aston Villa retake the lead and Villa Park erupts! Ian Maatsen collects the ball following a wonderful flowing move from Villa and lashes an unstoppable shot past Nick Pope for his first Premier League goal. 2-1

18:35 BST - And we're back underway!

18:20 BST - HALF-TIME! Referee Jarred Gillett blows his whistle at Villa Park and Aston Villa and Newcastle go in level at the break.

17:56 BST - Since his first season at Newcastle (2018-19), Fabian Schar has 18 goals in the Premier League; the only defender with more in that time is Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk (20).

17:49 BST - GOAL! How about that for a reaction? Newcastle have equalised! Fabian Schar heads the ball through Emiliano Martinez's legs from close range after a brilliant cross from Harvey Barnes and scores in back-to-back matches for the first time. 1-1.

17:31 BST - GOAL! It's an early opener for Villa, who net inside a minute through Ollie Watkins! The Englishman's strike takes a deflection and flies into the net - he becomes the club's joint-record Premier League goalscorer.

13:04 BST - There are several permutations at both ends of the table this weekend, so let's run through them:

Liverpool could win the title with a victory over Leicester tomorrow afternoon, but only if Ipswich pull off an unlikely win against Arsenal.

Leicester will be relegated no matter what if they fail to win against the champions-elect. The Foxes will also be down if both West Ham and Wolves win their respective fixtures - regardless of their own result.

Ipswich will have relegation confirmed if West Ham and Wolves win, and they drop points against Arsenal.
