Arsenal opened a nine-point gap at the top of the division after beating Everton 2-0, while Manchester City could only draw 1-1 with West Ham.
Elsewhere, Manchester United beat Aston Villa 3-1 to push further up the table and Brighton edged Sunderland 1-0 in a cagey affair.

Arsenal star Saliba excelled in the Gunners' 2-0 win against Everton to help ensure his side opened up a nine-point gap at the top of the table.
The defender was crucial to Arsenal's build-up play with 104 accurate passes, 33 of which were in the final third, while also keeping things solid at the back with eight clearances and 10 duels won.
Jaydee Canvot (Crystal Palace) - 8.4
Crystal Palace could only manage a 0-0 draw at home to Leeds, despite the visitors having a player sent off at the end of the first half.
One player who starred for the Eagles, though, was young defender Canvot, who made 13 clearances, two tackles and won seven duels.

Yankuba Minteh (Brighton) - 8.3
Minteh got on the scoresheet in Brighton's 1-0 win away at Sunderland, with his miss-hit cross squeezing in at the near post after some excellent work out on the wing.
The winger had some good fortune to find the net but also enjoyed a productive afternoon at the Stadium of Light after completing two dribbles and creating one big chance.
Ross Barkley (Aston Villa) - 8.2
Aston Villa were on the wrong end of a 3-1 loss at Manchester United, but midfielder Barkley enjoyed a promising individual showing.
The Englishman netted his side's goal with an instinctive first-time finish inside the penalty area - while also contributing defensively with four tackles to earn an 8.2 Flashscore rating.
Casemiro (Manchester United) - 8.0
Casemiro was amongst the goals once again for Manchester United in their win against Aston Villa, opening the scoring at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.
The Brazilian also contributed defensively with four duels won, two clearances and one interception.
Ethan Ampadu (Leeds) - 8.1
Leeds had to play the second half of their 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace with 10 men, and midfielder Ampadu played a crucial role in their hard-fought point.

Forwards
Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United) - 8.6
Manchester United captain Fernandes has been at the centre of their success under Michael Carrick and continued his good form with a top showing in their 3-1 victory over Aston Villa.
The Portuguese star contributed with two assists to take his total goal contribution tally in the Premier League this season to 23 (seven goals, 16 assists).
Fernandes has been involved in just under half of United's league goals this campaign.

Dango Ouattara (Brentford) - 8.4
Brentford could only manage a 2-2 draw with Wolves despite going two goals up in the first half, although winger Ouattara can be pleased with his individual performance.
The 24-year-old registered an assist while also creating two big chances to earn an 8.4 Flashscore rating.
