Goalkeeper

Bart Verbruggen (Brighton) - 8.0

Brighton played out a 0-0 draw with Sunderland on Saturday in a match that either side could have edged had it not been for two top goalkeeping performances.

Verbruggen fared best with six saves to keep his side in the game and earn an 8.0 rating - higher than any goalkeeper in the division.

Defenders

Marcos Senesi (Bournemouth) - 8.7

Senesi excelled in Bournemouth's 1-1 draw against Burnley, having an impact both in and out of possession.

The Argentine was superb with the ball and had 114 touches, 64 accurate passes and created one big chance - while also providing defensively by winning 14 duels and making 12 clearances.

His 8.7 rating was the highest in the entire league, making Senesi our Premier League Player of the Week.

Jaka Bijol (Leeds) - 8.1

Bijol played a starring role for Leeds in their 4-1 thrashing of Crystal Palace.

The defender was resolute throughout the match and won eight duels, one tackle, and made two interceptions and four clearances.

He also contributed going forward and was a constant threat from set-pieces, even getting himself an assist for Dominic Calvert-Lewin's second.

Patrick Dorgu (Manchester United) - 8.0

Manchester United were on the losing end of a 2-1 scoreline against Aston Villa on Sunday, but Dorgu still did enough to impress.

The defender created two big chances and got himself an assist while also winning 13 duels and three tackles.

Midfielders

Rayan Cherki (Manchester City) - 8.5

Cherki continued his excellent start to life in England during City's 3-0 victory over West Ham, creating three big chances in just over an hour on the pitch.

The Frenchman has been a joy to watch since arriving in the Premier League and was once again influential against the Hammers.

Anton Stach (Leeds) - 8.0

Stach got on the scoresheet in Leeds' win against Palace, netting a delightful free-kick in the dying moments of the match to seal all three points.

Leeds' midfield enforcer also played his part creatively with five accurate crosses and eight passes in the final third to complete a composed showing at Elland Road.

Vitaly Janelt (Brentford) - 8.0

Brentford enjoyed a 2-0 win away to Wolves on Saturday and leaned heavily on the midfield dominance of Janelt.

The Bosnian chipped in with an assist, but made most of his contributions in defence with three tackles, three interceptions and three clearances.

His all-action display was one to be admired, with Rice creating one big chance while also mopping up defensively by making four clearances, three interceptions, two tackles and winning seven duels.

Kevin (Fulham) - 8.1

Fulham continued their rise up the table with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Monday night.

Brazilian winger Kevin was the Cottagers' main threat and caused all sorts of problems in attack; he had three shots, three successful dribbles, eight passes in the final third and even one accurate cross - before winning the decisive penalty for Raul Jimenez to convert.

Forwards

Erling Haaland (Manchester City) - 8.3

Haaland continued his scintillating form in Manchester City's 3-0 thrashing of West Ham, grabbing two goals and an assist at the Etihad Stadium.

The striker has enjoyed a staggering goal return so far this season and took his tally to 19 in the Premier League - on top of setting up a further four for his teammates.
