The 23-year-old joined Roma from Juventus for a reported €45 million back in July 2024 but has failed to impress over his two seasons.
Soule has 12 goals and 12 assists in his 81 games across all competitions for the Italian giants, with the club said to be willing to let him leave.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Premier League duo Sunderland and Fulham are in talks with Soule over a potential move.
Roma currently value the playmaker at €35 million (£30m) with the club needing to sell in order to adhere to UEFA spending rules.
