Leeds United can breathe a little easier after West Ham’s defeat to Arsenal confirmed their Premier League safety, ending what had been an anxious end to the campaign for the newly-promoted side.

The Whites can now enjoy their final fixtures with the pressure lifted, and they arrive at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with nothing to lose.

For Tottenham, Roberto De Zerbi’s side have a golden opportunity to open up a four-point lead over West Ham with a win here, making this a must-win.

Back-to-back wins over Wolves and Aston Villa have lifted spirits at the club, and Spurs will be looking to string together three consecutive Premier League victories for the first time since February 2025.

Despite their improved away form, Tottenham’s home record remains a genuine concern as they have not won a league game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium since early December.

Leeds, unbeaten in their last six Premier League fixtures and full of confidence after thumping Burnley 3-1, could make this a more competitive affair than the odds suggest.

Over 2.5 goals

All seven Premier League head-to-heads between these clubs since Leeds’ return to the top flight in 2020 have produced over 2.5 goals.

Recent form only strengthens the case. Nine of Tottenham’s last 12 matches have gone over 2.5 goals, while Leeds’ last four Premier League games have all featured three or more. The Whites have scored three goals or more in eight different league matches this season, the most by any newly promoted side since their own 2020-21 record-breaking campaign under Marcelo Bielsa.

Their attack, led by the in-form Dominic Calvert-Lewin and the explosive Noah Okafor, who has netted six goals in just 408 minutes since February, is far too dangerous to be shut out cheaply. Tottenham’s leaky home defence adds further confidence. At 18/25 on Bet365, backing goals to flow feels like the most natural bet of the weekend.

Tip: Over 2.5 goals @ 18/25

Bet explanation: This bet wins if three or more goals are scored in the match between Tottenham and Leeds.

Over 8 corners

Tottenham under De Zerbi have embraced a possession-heavy, high-press system that forces opponents into defensive clearances and generates corner opportunities at a significant rate.

In his four games in charge, Spurs have won possession in the final third 5.3 times per game on average, the highest of any manager with four-plus games at a single club in the Premier League this season.

Leeds, despite their positive form, are an open side. Just 16 of the 52 league goals they have conceded this season came before half-time, suggesting opponents tend to build into games and create sustained pressure as matches progress.

With both sides pressing high and Spurs particularly dominant in the attacking third, the corner count in this fixture should be high. At 33/100, the market is pricing this as a near-certainty and the underlying data supports that assessment fully.

Tip: Over 8 corners @ 33/100

Bet explanation: This bet wins if nine or more corners are taken in total during the match.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin to have 1+ shot on target

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has rediscovered his best form at Leeds and arrives at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in outstanding touch. The striker completed the scoring in Leeds’ 3-1 win over Burnley last weekend and is now on a four-game winning streak when he finds the net.

All 13 of his goals for Leeds have come after the half-hour mark, making him a persistent second-half threat who grows into games and rewards patience on the bet slip.

Against a Tottenham defence that has not kept a home clean sheet consistently since December, Calvert-Lewin should find the space to test the keeper.

The market has this at 57/100 on Bet365, which reflects the bookmaker’s confidence in Calvert-Lewin being involved in the action, but still offers a reasonable return given his current form.

Tip: Dominic Calvert-Lewin to have 1+ shot on target @ 57/100

Bet explanation: This bet wins if Dominic Calvert-Lewin registers at least one shot on target during the match.
