Trabzonspor vice president Zeyyat Kafkas has revelead just how much Man United are demanding for the sale of goalkeeper Andre Onana.

The 29-year-old was shipped out last summer following his disastrous performance in their penalty defeat to Grimsby Town.

Senne Lammens was then brought in, and the Belgian shot stopper has proven to be a much more reliable presence between the sticks.

Onana is expected to leave Old Trafford permanently in the summer, but according to Trabzonspor’s Kafkas, they were demanding a hefty fee in 2025.

“The price offered by Manchester United for André Onana’s purchase was in the €45-50 million range, and our President sincerely informed the club about the realities of Trabzonspor,” said Kafkas.

“I don’t think this information affected Onana at all. Because Onana’s intention is to continue playing for a club in Europe, if not in England.

“His family also thinks that way. The President wanted to explain the realities of Trabzonspor. However, if the circumstances change, the situation will change.”
