Taty Castellanos and Konstantinos Mavropanos both scored twice for the win as West Ham swapped places with Tottenham and moved out of the bottom three.
Nuno conceded afterwards: "It didn't start well. The first half was tough, we didn't find lines or stop Wolves from breaking us. Beginning of the game was tough and the goal comes in the right moment for us. Second half was really, really good.
"We have an opponent that have solutions, Wolves played well.
"The goal helped a lot. The half-time talk is totally different. The players are calm, they listen.
"Positive for him (Castellanos). Jarrod (Bowen) hit the post, Pablo played well, we need our strikers to feel confident and score.
"We are delighted with him (Mavropanos). It's a matter of consistency. Delivery is important and the players that attack. We have to enjoy the moment and take advantage of it.
"It helps. We have a long week ahead of us - smiles and good energy that we need. But it doesn't change anything, we still have a hard time ahead of us.
"We had to do our job, we can not control what happens in other stadiums. Next week it will be other way around but we still have to do our job."
