The Bianconeri have been found guilty of artificially inflating transfer fees in order to boost capital gains.

Juve are able to appeal the decision, but are now unlikely to do so.

A statement from the Federal Court of Appeal said, alongside Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano have all been acquitted.

Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici, Federico Cherubini and Maurizio Arrivabene may now be held responsible for the capital gains scandal.

Juventus had previously been hit with a deduction of 15 points, but the Federal Court of Appeal ruled it was too harsh.
