Parma v Atalanta: Saturday, August 30, 17:30 BST

Atalanta started the Serie A season with a rather bitter home draw against Pisa. While the Tuscans showed great character, Scamacca returned to scoring for Atalanta after a long wait, but his goal was not enough, and they had to settle for 1-1.
On Saturday, Atalanta need to react immediately in this away match against Parma, and the statistics all smile on the team from Bergamo. The Ducali have lost their last four Serie A home matches against Atalanta, conceding a total of 13 goals and scoring only five. Moreover, in previous seasons in the top division there has been no shortage of slow starts, losing their firt two matches on two occasions (2014/15 and 2020/21).
On the opposite front, Parma have built much of their strength on away successes with seven wins in their last eight league away matches, with a 24-4 record. No team has done better in 2025, apart from Roma. In light of these figures, the odds for Atalanta to win - 1/1 on bet365 - look particularly attractive, supported both by their record and their excellent away performance.
Tip: Atalanta to win @ 1/1 on bet365
Bet Explanation: If Atalanta win the match, the bet is a winner.
Bologna v Como: Saturday, August 30, 17:30 BST

Bologna opened their Serie A season with a narrow defeat against Roma, however, confirming their solidity and potential mid-table finish. On the other hand, Como surprised everyone with a brilliant performance, a 2-0 win over Lazio with encouraging signs in offensively.
Considering the state of the teams, we can expect a balanced match. Bologna have won four of their last seven Serie A matches against Como, but come to this fixture after four consecutive defeats including the end of last season.
Como, on the other hand, gave great proof of their offensive ability on the first day, making 17 offensive ball recoveries (at least five more than any other team), with a clean build-up that on five occasions led to shots after at least 10 consecutive passes. In this context, the draw becomes an interesting option, backed by the Lombardi's excellent form and the Bologna's recent difficulties.
Bet Explanation: If the match ends in a draw, the bet is a winner.
Pisa v Roma: Saturday, August 30, 19:45 BST

Pisa began their adventure in Serie A with a prestigious draw against Atalanta, showing character and organisation against a top team. Roma, on the other hand, started with a narrow 1-0 win over Bologna, confirming their defensive solidity and game management in the decisive moments.
The match against the Giallorossi brings back memories of a clash that has been missing from top flight Italian football for 34 years. The last meeting in Tuscany between the two dates back to May 1991, a match won by Roma 1-0.
Looking at the numbers, Pisa have it all to do. They have lost 10 of their 14 Serie A matches against Roma, and against no team have they had more defeats in the competition.
Despite the unfavourable record, Pisa have nevertheless shown that they can find their way to goal and could still surprise. Looking at this then, the 'both teams to score' bet is of great interest. On bet365 you can get odds of 19/20 which looks good based on the offensive impact of the Tuscans and the offensive capacity of Roma.
Tip: Both teams to score @ 19/20 on bet365
Bet Explanation: If both Pisa and Roma score, regardless of the result of the match, this bet wins.
Napoli v Cagliari: Saturday, August 30, 19:45 BST

Napoli opened the 2025/26 Serie A season with a 2-0 win away over Sassuolo. Now the Italian champions return to the Maradona for their first game in front of their own fans, against the Cagliari team they beat on the last day of last season, the game that delivered the Scudetto. The Sardinians arrive at the Maradonna having battled Fiorentina to a 1-1 home draw, a result that nevertheless gave the team confidence ahead of this complicated away match.
The numbers clearly lean on Napoli's side. Cagliari have lost their last two matches against them without scoring, while I Partenopei have not conceded more than one goal in their last 28 Serie A matches against the Sardinians. At the Maradona, Calgiari have lost their last three, with the Italian champions unbeaten for 13 matches in a row and the Rossoblù have lost their last two away matches.
The gap between the two teams is also evident in the odds. Cagliari to win comes in at 10/1, while Napoli is considered an almost a foregone conclusion, offered at 3/10 on bet365.
Tip: Napoli to win @ 3/10 on bet365
Bet explanation: If Napoli win the match, this bet wins.
Genoa v Juventus: Sunday, August 31, 17:30 BST

Juventus started Serie A with a convincing 2-0 win over Parma, immediately showing their offensive capabilities. Genoa, on the other hand, debuted with a goalless draw at home against Lecce, showing compactness, but still little incisiveness up top.
A clear trend emerges from the record between these two as 20 of the last 38 Serie A matches between Genoa and Juventus have ended with less than three goals overall (52.6 %). Furthermore, in the last two matchups, the goal total has remained below 2.5, a trend that is also confirmed by the current state of affairs with Genoa struggling to score, and Juventus being defiant in defence.
Because of this, under 2.5 goals is an option to seriously consider, with odds of 8/13 on bet365.
Tip: Under 2.5 goals @ 8/13 on bet365
Bet explanation: If there are less than 2.5 goals in total, the bet is a winner.
