Welcome to the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup 2026. A pack of 48 hopefuls has been reduced to just 8, but which nations will progress to the semi-finals?

England and Norway face off at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens in a decider you can follow on TV and legal live-streaming apps on Saturday from 22:00 BST.

Will the free-scoring Harry Kane fire the Three Lions into the last four? Perhaps you prefer the chances of a Norwegian team led by the goal machine that is Erling Haaland.

The leading online bookmakers featured on this page offer pre-match and live betting markets. Call the match winner or take advantage of the specials, including first goalscorer, correct score, handicap, both teams to score, and more.

Norway v England betting tips

Both teams to score @ 3/4 (bet365)

Both teams to score - Yes

My first suggested bet ahead of Norway v England is for both teams to score.

The Three Lions and the Vikings have served up some tense, low-scoring meetings over the years. England beat Norway 1-0 when the nations last went toe-to-toe, but that was a 2014 friendly at Wembley in which Wayne Rooney scored from the penalty spot on 68 minutes.

Much has changed in both camps since then, so I'm inclined to focus more on how the teams have performed this summer. When studying Norway's World Cup results, a pattern becomes obvious.

Both teams scored in each of the Norwegian's five previous matches. That run includes back-to-back 2-1 wins over the Ivory Coast in the last 32, and Brazil in the last 16.

Switching to England's performances at 'We Are 26', it's worth knowing that a bet on both teams to score landed in three of their five World Cup starts. Thomas Tuchel led his side to a 4-2 win over Croatia and a battling 2-1 victory that eliminated DR Congo.

A bet on BTTS would've also boosted your balance in each of England's two knockout games. It took 75 minutes to secure a profit when England beat DR Congo.

Those who stuck with the both teams to score market were cheering after 42 minutes in Monday's memorable 3-2 win over Mexico. You can add both teams to score to your World Cup accumulators.

Tip: Both teams to score @ 3/4 (bet365)

Bet explanation: If England and Norway score at least one goal each in this quarter-final, you'll beat the bookies and secure a profit.

Shots on target - Haaland 2+

Moving to my second prediction at Hard Rock Stadium, we focus on a player's performance rather than a team's.

Here, I'm shining the spotlight on Erling Haaland to have two or more shots on target. With this bet, it doesn't matter if Haaland has two shots and scores both or finishes with eight shots and scores none. If the striker puts two on target, your bet wins.

Haaland's scoring run is simply sensational as the Manchester City assassin sets his sights on gunning down England. When checking the updated stats available now on the Flashscore app, we see Haaland hit the ground running at this summer's showpiece event.

Haaland scored two goals against Iraq, put another couple past Senegal, and hit both as Norway beat Brazil last time. Haaland scored once when his men edged the Ivory Coast.

Haaland reminded bettors in that stunning effort against the Samba Boys on Sunday in the Last 16 that he's always dangerous. Man City fans know that, even if he's quiet in the opening exchanges, it's always dangerous to write off the towering scorer.

Haaland is almost always in the right position to create chances when his team has the ball. He's also strong enough to drop deep, hold the ball up, and make things happen in attack.

After scoring a brace in three of four games this summer, backing Haaland to have at least two shots on target is tempting. The 8/11 odds offered make it best suited to Bet Builders.

Tip: Haaland 2+ shots on target @ 8/11 (bet365)

Bet explanation: If Erling Haaland has two or more shots on target, you'll enjoy a return. It doesn't matter if he scores with those shots.

Team scorer - Kane last

If you've been paying close attention to my in-depth previews and data-led World Cup 2026 predictions at Flashscore, you'll already know what's coming next: a pick at higher odds.

On Saturday evening, I'm placing my trust in another sensational goalscorer on a red-hot streak. You can back Harry Kane to score England's final goal against Norway in Miami.

If you decide that Kane scoring last for England is your preferred approach, this market is easy to follow. It doesn't matter if England beat Norway 1-0 with Kane scoring a last-gasp penalty or he nets a consolation goal in a remarkable 3-2 win for Norway.

As long as no other English player adds to the scoring after the Bayern Munich number nine, you'll profit. It's a real value-for-money wager that'll hold your interest until the final whistle.

Why am I so confident that Kane will have the final say in this quarter-final? The stats at Flashscore have our back.

My research shows that Kane has scored six goals in five World Cup appearances. The Londoner got two against Croatia, put one past Panama, got another brace versus DR Congo, and slotted home in England's win over Mexico in the previous match.

On closer inspection, I noticed that Kane got England's final goal against Panama, DR Congo, and Mexico.

Tip: Kane to last @ 2/1 (bet365)

Bet explanation: Harry Kane must score England's final goal in Saturday's quarter-final with Norway. The final score, the match-winner, and the total goals aren't important here.
