During the NHL's five-game slate on Monday night, the league's best Winnipeg Jets ended the St. Louis Blues' franchise-record 12-game win streak.

On their way to winning their first Presidents Cup Trophy (best record in the league during the regular season), the Winnipeg Jets played upset as they ended the Blues' win streak with a 3-1 win.

Morgan Barron (7) put the Jets on the board first before Pavel Buchnevich (18) responded to tie it up by the end of the second period.

Alex Iafallo (14) and Adam Lowry (16) scored the next two goals for Winnipeg en route to their second win in the past three games.

Lightning 5-1 Rangers

One losing streak ends while another begins as the Lightning grab the win to hand the Rangers their second straight loss.

Brayden Point (41) scored twice to now make it three straight seasons with 40 goals or more.

The Rangers' (79) points are now six points out of taking the Montreal Canadiens (85) spot in the Wild Card.

With just five games left, the window is starting to close on the Rangers while the Lightning look to cruise in the play-offs.
