Pablo Marí has returned to training with Monza less than two months after being hospitalised after being stabbed in an attack in Italy.
The on-loan Arsenal defender was one of five people attacked in a supermarket near Milan in late October, which claimed the life of cashier Luis Fernando Ruggieri.
On Wednesday, Monza posted a photo of Marí back in training under the caption “look who’s back”.
The 29-year-old was applauded on to the pitch during Monza’s home game against Serie A rivals Verona last month, a game they won 2-0.
A 46-year-old man was detained by Italian police after the attack and remains in custody.
