Race director Marion Rousse revealed Monday the first three days will be contested in England with races from Leeds to Manchester on stage 1, and from Manchester to Sheffield on the second day before the London showpiece on August 1.
The full route and details of the London route will be revealed later this year as part of the official launch of the 2027 edition in Paris.
"The team time trial has always been one of the most spectacular formats in cycling, and we are very proud, it's a first in the history of the women's Tour de France," said Rousse.
Organisers say it is expected to be the best attended women's sporting event ever staged in Britain.
"I'm proud that London will host this historic moment for women's cycling," London Mayor Sadiq Khan said.
"Londoners and visitors will be lining the streets to cheer on the world's best riders as they race through our capital, taking in some of our best-known landmarks before a triumphant finish on The Mall."
