The competition will start three weeks after the men's edition, a change from recent campaigns when it has begun the following week.
The Red Roses have won the past seven editions of the Six Nations and have not lost a game in the tournament since falling to Les Bleues in 2018.
Before that, England will host this year's women's Rugby World Cup which starts on August 22nd and the two teams could meet in the semi-finals.
