The severed nose from Zlatan Ibrahimovic's statue in Malmo, Sweden, is claimed to be for sale for 100,000 euros (roughly £90,000).

Several people have received emails about it from an anonymous group, Swedish daily Sydsvenskan reports.

It's allegedly a group calling themselves 'The Noze Club' behind the sale of the nose. They have reportedly offered several politicians from several countries the opportunity to buy it.

Among others, the Mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala, was said to have been offered the nose.

A photograph of what the sender claims is the severed nose was also attached.

The Ibrahimovic statue has had a short but hard life. It was unveiled in October 2019 in Malmo, but the following month it became known the former Manchester United striker had become co-owner of Malmo's league rivals Hammarby.

This was the beginning of a series of incidents in which the statue has been vandalised.

A toilet seat was hanged around the neck of the statue, which has also been painted white; and the feet, like the nose, have also been severed.
