Here's a quick round-up of all the news overnight that you may have missed:

Everton have agreed a deal to bring Jack Grealish back to the club, returning on another season-long loan from Manchester City (The Athletic)

Iliman Ndiaye is set to go the other way and join City in a separate deal worth £65 million (Fabrizio Romano), while the Toffees have agreed a deal to sign Monaco striker Folarin Balogun (Fabrizio Romano)

There is a bit transfer merry-go-round in London as a result of the Ndiaye deal, with Tottenham now set to take Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk on loan, while they will also be signing Tosin Adarabioyo (The Athletic)

The knock-on effect of that is that Sunderland can now complete their move for Spurs defender Kevin Danso (BBC Sport)
