Brighton have completed the signing of midfielder Chema Andres from Stuttgart, Ben Chilwell has rejoined Crystal Palace on a permanent move from Strasbourg, and Fulham have signed Elche defender David Affengruber.

23:31 BST - Enzo Fernandez has completed his joint British-record £125 million move from Chelsea to Man City.

The Argentine World Cup winner, who joined Chelsea from Benfica in 2023 for a then-British record fee of £107m, will reunite with former Blues boss Enzo Maresca and becomes the first player to have £100m spent on them twice.

It leaves Chelsea in a right pickle with the deal for his replacement, Lamine Camara, falling through after Monaco apparently pulled the plug at the last minute.

23:06 BST - Tosin Adarabioyo has completed his switch across London from Chelsea to Tottenham, but some sour news for the Blues as their attempts to sign Lamine Camara from Monaco appear to have failed.

23:05 BST - Ipswich have just about completed a £20m deal to sign Burnley's Dutch forward Zian Flemming.

And it would appear Sunderland have won the dramatic race for Monaco's in-demand Malick Fofana.

We're also awaiting confirmation of Enzo Fernandez's move from Chelsea to Manchester City. The Argentine midfielder has posted a farewell message on his social media accounts, so an announcement is surely imminent.

21:00 BST - Manchester City have announced the signing of 26-year-old Iliman Ndiaye from Everton for a fee rising up to £65m with add-ons.

He told the club's official website: "I've worked my whole life for an opportunity like this.

20:08 BST - Forward Beto ⁠has completed a permanent move from ‌Everton to Serie ‌A club ‌Fiorentina for an ‌undisclosed fee, both teams ‌announced on Tuesday.

The ‌28-year-old Guinea-Bissau international made ⁠113 appearances across all competitions for the Premier League club, scoring 25 goals and ⁠establishing himself as a popular figure among supporters.

20:03 BST - Liverpool signed Belgian goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans on Tuesday, but the 18-year-old will remain on loan at Genk for the rest of the season.

The Reds have reportedly paid a fee that could rise to £30 million for Brughmans, who has made just 15 senior appearances for Genk.

Enzo Fernandez and Iliman Ndiaye are still to be confirmed by Manchester City, while Mykhailo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo are expected to switch from Chelsea blue to Tottenham white.

19:44 BST - Arsenal youngster Ethan Nwaneri has joined German giants Borussia Dortmund on loan for the rest of the 2026/27 season.

The winger remains the youngest player in Premier League history having made his debut aged just 15 years and 181 days old against Brentford in 2022.

With first-team opportunities limited, however, Nwaneri was shipped out on loan to Marseille for the second half of last season.

16:53 BST - Manchester City have agreed to a joint-record £125 million deal for Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez, according to The Athletic's David Ornstein.

That's the all-time British record, matching the Alexander Isak fee Liverpool paid to Newcastle last year.

The 25-year-old is now set to undergo his medical ahead of the deadline.

16:45 BST - Newcastle have turned down multiple offers around £15 million from Nottingham Forest for Jacob Murphy, according to reports.

They're looking for attacking reinforcement after Omari Hutchinson's loan move to AC Milan.

16:43 BST - Manchester City have agreed a deal with Benfica for Claudio Echeverri to join on a season-long loan with an option to buy.

Elsewhere, Manchester United are in talks with Leicester over the signing of 18-year-old midfielder Louis Page, while Chelsea keeper Robert Sanchez is in Italy ahead of his move to Como.

15:56 BST - Fulham have made a breakthrough on two significant signings and continue to explore a number of late defensive deals as they look to give head coach Alvaro Arbeloa new options following a difficult start to the Premier League season.

The Londoners have been working on deals for three central defenders, with Chrislain Matsima from Augsburg, David Affengruber from Elche and AC Milan's Fikayo Tomori among the options under consideration.

15:52 BST - Senegal midfielder Pape Matar Sarr has joined Juventus on a season-long loan from Tottenham.

He joins Guillermo Vicaro in Turin, and the Italian giants have the option to make the deal permanent next summer for around £25 million.

15:23 BST - Chelsea had their initial bid for Lamine Camara rejected but have become convinced he has the ideal traits to provide a spark in their midfield.

We have been reporting how Camara was clearly identified as an option to replace Enzo Fernandez one month ago, and internally they have been working on a plan to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

They have also been tracking Manu Kone from Roma into deadline day, but sources say that Camara is the player that recruitment staff are most excited about in terms of his age, profile and potential.

15:14 BST - Dutch striker Zian Flemming is close to a £20 million switch to Ipswich from Burnley.

15:03 BST - Newcastle have signed winger Matias Fernandez-Pardo from Lille for a reported £51 million.

10:55 BST - There's some major breaking news regarding Arsenal's potential signing of Malick Fofana.

Flashscore reported earlier that the Gunners faced a decision over whether or not to meet the asking price, and it seems they have decided against signing the Lyon winger.

That has opened the door for Sunderland to swoop in and complete a deal - Fofana has been given permission to travel to England and sign a five-year contract (The Athletic).

Iliman Ndiaye is set to go the other way and join City in a separate deal worth £65 million, while the Toffees have agreed a deal to sign Monaco striker Folarin Balogun, according to Fabrizio Romano.

There is a bit of a transfer merry-go-round in London as a result of the Ndiaye deal, with Tottenham now set to take Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk on loan, while they will also be signing Tosin Adarabioyo.

The knock-on effect of that is that Sunderland can now complete their move for Spurs defender Kevin Danso.
