Wales and Northern Ireland drew 1-1 in an international friendly in Cardiff on Tuesday, following their World Cup play-off defeats last week.

Northern Ireland took the lead after 22 minutes, when Jamie Donley reacted quickest to a rebound to open the scoring.

Wales responded immediately after the break, as Sorba Thomas turned in a deflected David Brooks shot to level things up.

The Dragons pushed for a winner, with Neco Williams forcing a save from substitute goalkeeper Pierce Charles, while Eoin Toal saw a header kept out by Karl Darlow.
