18:32 BST - All of that means that at the end of this evening, there could well be a Premier League team in each of Europe's three finals. With Arsenal already there, and a guaranteed place in the Europa League final, that just leaves Palace with a job to do to complete the trio.

18:09 BST - Good evening and welcome along for another exciting evening of European football action. We are guaranteed to have at least one Premier League team in the Europa League final with Aston Villa hosting Nottingham Forest in the second leg of their semi-final at Villa Park. The first leg was won 1-0 by Forest, who join tonight's hosts in wanting to reignite the glory days of European success in the 1980s.

In the other semi-final, Braga bring a 2-1 advantage into the second leg of their last-four encounter with Freiburg this evening.

Over in the Conference League, Crystal Palace will be hoping to book their place in the final by capitalising on the 3-1 victory they enjoyed over Shakhtar Donetsk last week, when they play host at Selhurst Park tonight.
