The 'Clasico' attracts much of the spotlight this Matchday 10 of La Liga EA Sports 2025/26. Real Madrid vs. Barcelona will be at the centre of world football on Sunday, but there are also other interesting duels, such as the regional derby between Valencia and Villarreal, Atlético's visit to Betis, or the match between Real Sociedad and Sevilla, where the home coach has a lot at stake. We have several tips covering these exciting matchups so you can make some savvy bets.
Real Sociedad v Sevilla: Friday, 8pm (BST)

The first of this matchday's games is Real Sociedad vs. Sevilla, which takes place on Friday. The home side are coming off the back of a worrying start to the league season, having taken just six points from a possible 27. This poor record has the San Sebastian outfit in relegation trouble, and coach Sergio Francisco is in the doldrums. Sevilla, meanwhile, are sitting pretty in ninth place on 13 points with three wins in their last five games.
In terms of results, it is difficult to predict, but there is a pattern that is regularly repeated by both sides. In six of Real's nine league games, both the Basques and their opponents have scored at least one goal. In Sevilla's case, there have been seven occasions on which both sides have scored. Therefore, we will be confident that this scenario will repeat itself at the Anoeta.
Tip: Both teams to score - 4/5 @ bet365
Bet explanation: Both Real Sociedad and Sevilla must score at least one goal.
Valencia v Villarreal: Saturday, 8pm (BST)

One day later, on Saturday, we have a regional derby in Valencia. Villarreal, third in La Liga, visit a Valencia side that arrives with doubts over their form, taking only two points from the last four games. There’s no doubt that Carlos Corberán's team has been faltering recently. The Yellow Submarine are not in their best form either, having gone two games without a win, but they have won five of their nine league games and need a win to stay ahead of Atlético Madrid and put pressure on the loser of the 'Clásico'. It is also the perfect opportunity for Marcelino's team to get rid of the thorn in their side, having not won at the Mestalla since 2017. This season, the gap seems wider than ever, so we'll bet on the away win with its juicy odds of 6/5.
Tip: Villarreal win - 6/5 @ bet365
Bet explanation: Quite simply, you need Villarreal to win at the Mestalla against Valencia.
Real Madrid v Barcelona: Sunday, 3.15pm (BST)

Little can be said about the 'Clasico' of Spanish football that hasn't already been said. Real Madrid and Barcelona, the country's two most successful clubs, meet at the Santiago Bernabeu in a duel for the top spot in La Liga EA Sports. The stats seem to point to Los Blancos as favourites, but the memories of the four meetings between the two from last season, in which Barça won all of them, are still very much in the air. What also happened in those four games was over 3.5 goals between the two sides, which we recommend for this match. In fact, there were four in the first, seven in the second, five in the third and seven in the last. Two seasons ago, there were also more than three goals in the second leg and in the Spanish Super Cup, with Madrid winning 3-2 and 4-1, while there were three in the first leg (Los Merengues won 2-1).
Tip: Over 3.5 goals - 10/11 @ bet365
Betting explanation: Four or more goals must be scored in the match, but it is not necessary for both teams to score.
Real Betis v Atletico Madrid: Monday, 8pm (BST)

To close the day's action, we have a big game at La Cartuja. Atletico Madrid, fourth, visit Real Betis, fifth, with the same number of points. The market puts Simeone’s men as favourites, having only lost one game in La Liga so far. However, we prefer to go for the goal market.
The Andalusians average 1.66 goals per game and 1.11 against. This is the same number of goals conceded as the 'colchoneros', whose average number of goals is slightly up from their opponents at 1.77. Atletico have scored three goals in five of their games to date, compared to six for Manuel Pellegrini's side. This is why the over 2.5 goals bet interests us at 4/5. Betis are particularly strong in this respect. In their seven games between September and October, they scored two goals in six and three in the remaining one.
Tip: Over 2.5 goals - 4/5 @ bet365
Bet explanation: If there are three or more goals between the two teams, you will have won this bet.
