17:45 BST - That's all from us today, thanks for joining us!

17:33 BST - Chelsea interim manager Calum McFarlane told TNT Sports: "'Relief' is the correct word. We were confident going into the game, we had a really good three days leading into it. But you never know.

"I did the job for a week in January so I knew what I was stepping into. It's actually been easier this time because I have a relationship with the players, I've worked with them for three or four months now, and I had a feel for what they needed psychologically."

17:28 BST - Chelsea haven't beaten Man City since the 2021 Champions League final in Porto under then-manager Thomas Tuchel, and their record since has been pretty bleak: P13 W0 D3 L10.

They also have lost all of their last six domestic cup finals, and became the first side to lose three FA Cup finals in a row after defeat to Liverpool in 2022.

But Chelsea are in their 17th FA Cup final. Could their season have a silver lining after all?

17:15 BST - Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez has been speaking to TNT Sports: "The boys reacted exactly as they should have. We tried to keep everything very positive in training and it was a chance to reach another final.

"I always try to do my job. I’m very happy with the season I’ve had and now the important thing is to try to finish on a high. The fans deserve moments like this. It's good to give a little bit back after a tough period."

17:04 BST - Stay with us, reaction to come.

17:01 BST - FULL-TIME! Chelsea are through to their first FA Cup final since 2022 after beating Leeds at Wembley, and will face Man City on 16th May.

13:00 BST - Good afternoon and welcome back to Flashscore's Football Tracker!

The Premier League can be parked for today after Saturday's entertainment, as we focus on the second FA Cup semi-final of the weekend with Chelsea set to take on Leeds.

The winner of today's 15:00 BST kick-off at Wembley will set up a finale against Manchester City, who staged a late rally to come back and beat Championship side Southampton 2-1.

Saturday, April 25th

20:15 BST - That's all for today, thanks for joining us. We'll be back on Sunday to see whether Chelsea or Leeds will face Man City the FA Cup final on May 16th.

20:02 BST - We have reaction to bring you from Wembley where Man City came from behind to beat Southampton with two goals in the final moments of the game.

Southampton manager Tonda Eckert told BBC Sport: "It was a tough performance. We know in these games it is a game of moments.

"It doesn't happen too often that you lose a game against Man City with two goals scored outside the box. We need to put this game to bed. The real test of maturity comes up on Tuesday (against Ipswich).

"(The) dedication is clear. I think it gives us extra fuel and we will make sure we finish strongly this season."

Meanwhile Man City boss Pep Guardiola hailed his "extraordinary" team. He told BBC Sport: "Exceptional (performance). It was difficult but the wingers when they came in changed the pace.

"The first time they crossed the halfway line they made a fantastic goal. Football is always unpredictable but the way we played in the second half was extraordinary."

"It's always nice to be here fighting against top teams. No team has made four (FA Cup) finals in a row. It's extraordinary and hopefully we can arrive with a good momentum."

19:45 BST - Newcastle manager Eddie Howe speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "We feel today was a big step forward in terms of our performance. It was much better from a defensive performance.

"To lose in the way we did was disappointing. We had a few chances and that was pleasing. We were much better with the ball and we are going to be with Bruno's return. We are frustrated to lose the game and the disappointing run continues which is something we want to stop.

"Performances always give you hope if they are heading in the right direction. Our confidence and belief has been missing but I think today will have turned the corner. Easy to say but now we need to deliver."

19:40 BST - Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard told Sky Sports: "It was tough, very intense, very physical. We did everything we could and we got the win. The most important thing was to bounce back with a win and get over the line with the three points.

On their short corner routines, he sad: "We practice it all. That’s our quality. We can score in many different ways. We did it brilliant today. I think the stadium was a bit annoyed that we took it short again but it paid off in the end and it was a great finish.

"This schedule is crazy. We just have to keep going. It is the end of the season, just leave everything out that we have inside, fight every single game and we just have to keep going. That’s where we want to be but it is going to go all the way to the end.

"We are ready for it and we will fight every single day."

19:30 BST - Stay with us, reaction to come.

Wolves v Tottenham

14:50 BST - Now, let's hope the Premier League can serve up a similar dose of drama this afternoon.

West Ham start the day two points ahead of Spurs, who occupy the final relegation spot.

14:45 BST - A slight diversion from the Premier League, but there was late, late drama to end a bonkers National League season.

York have gained promotion to the EFL with a 103rd-minute equaliser to deny fellow chasers Rochdale, who themselves thought they were going up with a 95th-minute goal.

That late leveller ensured York would win the title and gain the lone automatic promotion spot on 108 points, just two above Rochdale, who will have to settle for the play-offs.

14:35 BST - Fulham have beaten Aston Villa for the first time in the Premier League since October 20th, 2022, a run of six games without a win.
