Anderson, 23, has established himself as an England regular under Tuchel following a standout season at Nottingham Forest.
The midfielder has also piqued the interest of Manchester City, who had a massive £120 million, including add-ons, rejected on Wednesday, June 10th.
Speaking after England’s 3-0 pre-World Cup friendly over Costa Rica, Tuchel said: "He's a top player.
"There's nothing more to say; he's the full package. I'm happy that he's with us on that kind of level and he's a key player for us."
When asked about the potential move to City, Tuchel was adamant that the price tag won’t affect his mindset at the World Cup.
"No comment! He seems not affected. It was an amazing performance, so all is fine," Tuchel responded.
"Even if a transfer is completed, hopefully he stays the same person. Nothing will change overnight with him; if he wakes up, he's not a new player.
“People will try to hang around his neck, but in reality, nothing changes; he just changes the club, and those are the rules of the game.
“Hopefully he just stays the same – a humble, determined, hungry football player."
