Real Madrid welcome Real Oviedo to the Bernabeu after a week to forget for one of the most famous clubs in the world.
Turmoil is the word that has been used in reports about Madrid, after stories of infighting between players, fan backlash at other players, and losing the title to your biggest rivals at their own ground. Alvaro Arbeloa has defended his team, but a good performance on the pitch will go some way to uplifting everyone involved with the club.
Real Oviedo had a bad week of their own after their relegation from La Liga was confirmed on Monday. They start this game an unassailable 10 points away from safety and with nothing to play for. They would seem like the perfect opponent for Madrid, but a team with nothing to lose may just be as dangerous to Los Blancos.

Real Madrid have won only four of their last nine La Liga matches against Real Oviedo (D4, L1), having won seven of their previous 10 meetings in the competition. One of those wins was earlier this season, which ended 3-0 to Madrid.
Oviedo have picked up points in five of their last 11 away La Liga matches against Madrid (W2, D3, L6), having lost 25 of their first 27 visits to the Bernabéu in the top flight (W1 D1). All these matches, however, came from 2001 and prior, since Oviedo have not met Real Madrid in a competitive fixture before this season since 2001.
Oviedo are currently on a four-match winless streak (2D, 2L), with Madrid only winning twice in their last eight games (4L, 2D).
