22:36 BST - That's all for our coverage of the Premier League's opening weekend - thanks for joining us! We'll be back on Friday for matchday two.

22:35 BST - Fulham boss Alvaro Arbeloa has spoken after his debut game, admitting he is not afraid of using young players as long as they have the required quality.
"It's a new project and we need time, but coaches don't get time. I think there are players with a lot of talent, with quality. I don't care about the age of the players, I care about the quality," he said to Sky Sports.
22:15 BST - New Chelsea boss Xabi Alonso has also weighed in on his first win as Blues manager, and the starring performances of his front three.
"We know what it takes to win away games. We have managed to suffer, to compete, to do whatever it takes in certain moments, which is why it feels good to get three points," Alonso told Sky Sports.
"We were comfortable without the ball; the three strikers were combining well and creating chances. To win games away, you need to roll your sleeves and fight to defend your goal. It's a good first day for us.
"Overall, the squad is balanced; we need a good foundation from the back to give (Palmer, Rogers, Joao Pedro) the freedom. But, we need to help them, we can't rely on them for everything."
22:10 BST - Chelsea's Cole Palmer has reflected on his new mindset after missing out on England's World Cup squad and having the summer to prepare for the new season.
"I'm not really an emotional person, over the summer I rested and recharged, but now I'm ready and I'm hungry," Chelsea star Palmer said after their win over Fulham.
21:55 BST - FULL-TIME! Fulham 2-3 Chelsea

21:09 BST - GOAL! It's a third for Chelsea and now all three of their front ment have found the net, with Cole Palmer firing under Bernd Leno after a good pass from Joao Pedro.

20:24 BST - GOAL! Barely two minutes later, King beats Sanchez and Fulham are level! It's a powerful strike from the midfielder, but the goalkeeper has to save it.
20:22 BST - Josh King stings the palms of Robert Sanchez, who has looked shaky so far. Before that, though, Chelsea had several opportunities to get a shot on goal after winning it high up the pitch, but failed to capitalise.
20:13 BST - Two yellow cards in the opening 12 minutes for Chelsea, with Levi Colwill and Romeo Lavia both putting in some risky tackles.

18:25 BST - It's also a new era for Fulham, who replaced Marco Silva with ex-Real Madrid player and manager Alvaro Arbeloa after the former moved on to coach Benfica.

"We were probably in the first half not finishing anything, we had a lot of balls on the edge but we needed to shoot. We don't finish play and then they win on the counter-attack.

20:21 BST - We're pausing there for the night, but keep an eye out for more updates in the Flashscore News sections of the app.
We'll be back here tomorrow. Thanks for joining us!
20:03 BST - Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi to Sky Sports:
"We suffered physically, but we knew that before the game. We were not ready to fight the duels, we made a lot of mistakes in the timing of the pressure with Mikey Moore on the left centre-back.
"We arrived late too many times late, but then we lost too many duels to compete with Brentford. I'm sorry for that, I'm sorry for the defeat.
"We knew before the game that with a lot of new players, to become a team we need two things: soul and style of play. Today I think there was a soul, but in the end we didn't fight in the right way for the difference between the duels. Brentford is one of the most important teams in the Premier League in terms of duels.
"I believe in my players. It was a game, especially in the first half in one direction, we were in the right position with high pressure - I said with Mikey Moore. If you analyse the game, you can see how many duels we lost in the first half. The direction of the game went towards Brentford."
19:58 BST - Ipswich boss Gary O'Neil to Sky Sports after their win over Sunderland:
"We had to work hard to win. Sunderland are a good side. We deserved to win.
"It took the club a long time to win last time in the Premier League, so to put one on the board is nice. But one win won’t get us where we need to get to.
"Everyone is calm. We can get stronger in the next 10 days."
19:55 BST - Brentford head coach Keith Andrews to Sky Sports after beating Spurs:
"I've been through enough to know - as good as I was feeling about where we were - you never truly know. You never truly know the opposition or the intensity of those games from watching on our laptops and from the meetings we have around it, but I'm really happy with what we produced.
"It was just us. Just us from the first whistle. It was intense, relentless, with a style of play that's difficult to play against. It was filled with individual quality and personality, which I really really loved.
"What underlined it all was the togetherness which we have in abundance."
19:53 BST - Hull goalscorer Semi Ajayi speaking to BBC Sport after their victory over Manchester United in the early kick-off:
"Three points, a clean sheet and a goal, can't ask for much more. All in all, a really good performance and something to build on for the rest of the season. We are focused on ourselves and we are really, really pleased.
"It was nervy at the end, they threw everything at it. We have a lot of new lads and a lot of experience, it's massive to be a shoulder to lean for the younger lads. We just got to keep putting in performances like that and then maybe people will stop sleeping on us."
19:50 BST - Leeds boss Daniel Farke to reporters after his side's victory over Nottingham Forest:
"I am very happy. It couldn't be a better way to start the season.
"So, the first game is the first three points, especially an away win at a very, very difficult ground in a very competitive and tight game.
"Also, a first clean sheet under our belt and several new signings on the pitch. Like expected, it was a tight game. I think it was a game of different periods."
19:49 BST - Brentford captain Nathan Collins to Sky Sports:
"It's the start we wanted. We wanted to start bright, start sharp and we want to show what we're made of. That's today.
"Last season we were hurt. We were one point off Europe. We've added quality to the squad and wanted to show we're about again."
19:39 BST - Brentford have won at home against Tottenham for the first time in 78 years.
The last time was a 2-0 win in 1948. Yeesh.

19:35 BST - Michael Carrick admitted Manchester United have "a lot to learn" after suffering a surprise 2-0 defeat at Hull in their opening game of the Premier League season on Saturday.
"We have a bit to improve on, it was never going to be perfect. Going behind makes it more difficult, against a promoted team at home," he said.
"We can't give them much and they had opportunities. We're disappointed but it won't knock us."

Plenty of eyes will be on Spurs after their close shave last season, and they start four summer signings in Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, Jan Paul van Hecke and Sandro Tonali today.
16:58 BST - FULL-TIME! Everton 2-0 Crystal Palace
It's a winning start to the campaign for Everton as they see off a rather wasteful Palace.

16:54 BST - FULL-TIME! Ipswich 2-1 Sunderland
Jack Clarke scores in the 90th minute against his former side to ensure a winning start for Ipswich on their Premier League return!
