Leeds v Burnley, Friday, 20:00 BST
Leeds United started the week just six points above Tottenham and the relegation zone. The locals sit uncomfortably close to the bottom three, but Daniel Farke's team are ready to fight for their place. Leeds are unbeaten in five, following three draws and two wins. They finished April with victories over Man Utd and Wolves, before drawing 2-2 at Bournemouth last time.
Burnley start second from bottom of the league, with the Clarets heading back to the second tier of English football. Followers of Scott Parker's side have endured a tough season, with Burnley failing to win 30 of 34 games. They also have the worst defensive record in the EPL, conceding an average of two goals per game. Burnley have lost each of their last four games.
Burnley beat Leeds 2-0 at Turf Moor late last year, and I expect the locals to return the favour. Leeds played three league games last month, scoring seven goals. The locals are bottom of the league, winless in four, and have lost each of their last three league games.
The Black Cats are eight places higher in the table than their hosts, but their recent form isn't too much better. Regis Le Bris has watched his team lose three of five, and each of their last two. A 4-3 loss at Villa Park was painful, but it got much worse when hosting Nottingham Forest last Friday. The Tricky Trees blasted their way to a surprising 5-0 win that evening.
Wolves played three games last month, taking no points, scoring no goals, and conceding eight. Sunderland also played three times in April, beating Tottenham 1-0 before that 4-3 defeat in Birmingham, and the nightmare 5-0 loss to Forest. Neither team is a good bet to win, so we'll take over 2.5 goals. That pick landed in seven of the previous 10 meetings.

Our final prediction comes on Bank Holiday Monday, as Everton take on Manchester City. David Moyes has his Toffees in mid-table, but they lack the consistency needed to challenge for the European places. In their last six games, Everton have collected seven points, following two wins, a draw, and three defeats. They lost 2-1 at West Ham last weekend.
Man City have dragged themselves back into the title race. Pep Guardiola's team boast a long unbeaten run, and have won each of their previous three. They are three points behind long-term leaders Arsenal, with a game in hand. Could they land a domestic treble? An away win would help keep the pressure on Arteta's nervous Londoners. Man City are higher in the table and have been a much stronger side than Everton this season. The visitors are in the title mix, while their hosts have little to play for and will likely roll to a finish. It's worth knowing that Man City have beaten Everton in each of their previous two meetings by a 2-0 scoreline. That was also the final score in three of the last four.
