23:02 BST - That's all from us for this evening - thanks for joining us. We'll of course have more reaction to Arsenal's title win over the next few days, culminating in the final day of hte season on Sunday to bring down the curtain. See you then!
22:53 BST - And here's a reminder of how things unfolded in Chelsea's 2-1 win over Spurs:
22:46 BST - Relive the highlights of Bournemouth's 1-1 draw with City below:
22:36 BST - Here's how things look at the top and bottom, with one round of fixtures left. The top has been decided, but there's plenty to play for at the bottom.

22:33 BST - The big talk after City's defeat was the fact that it handed Arsenal the title, but Bournemouth's win means they are now guaranteed European football next season - and could yet feature at the very top of it.
"At the beginning of the season you didn't imagine it," outgoing boss Andoni Iraola told Sky Sports.
"It has been so nice and we have a chance to fight for the Champions League in the last game and we really deserve this, especially for the game we played so well. We have not won the game but it does not matter.
"I've enjoyed it so much, how we played and the personality we showed. We had great chances to score the second one and we wanted to win the game but I've enjoyed it.
"Today has been a good reflection of the club. I'm very happy for the club, the players, the supporters and the staff. It's the best way to finish with something you can touch - I can't ask for anything more."
22:28 BST - Pep Guardiola was gracious in defeat during his press conference, being quick to congratulate Arsenal for their title.
"(I need to) congratulate Arsenal, Mikel (Arteta) and the backroom staff, the fans for the Premier League which they deserved," he said.
"I would love to have arrived in the last moment. Today the fatigue was there. Bournemouth had 12 days to prepare. The impact from the fresh players was not good enough.
"We fought a lot and we prepare next season.
"With the club, I always talk. But not now. The first thing you should understand, I have to talk with the chairman first.
"We will talk in the next few days. First, we have to talk with the chairman what we have to do."
22:10 BST - FULL-TIME: It's all over at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea have beaten Tottenham 2-1. That scoreline means Tottenham now need a result when they host Everton on Sunday in the final game of the season. Barring a miracle, a draw there should be enough. Click here for our report.

22:04 BST - The celebrations will continue long into the night.
22:02 BST - There are seven minutes of added time at Stamford Bridge.
21:58 BST - More VAR involvement brings more confusion. Cucurella has been given a yellow card for wrestling his opponent in the box, but the penalty is not given to Spurs as it all occured before the ball was played in from the corner.
21:56 BST - CLOSE! Richarlison puts Maddison through with a deft touch, but Hato scrambles back to block the shot. What an effort that was.
21:53 BST - The 2025/26 champions.
21:45 BST - GOAL! Spurs hit back! Richarlison finishes from in front after Sarr's brilliant back heel.
21:39 BST - GOAL! Chelsea are two ahead! Fernandez gets the ball at the back post from a cross, and a soft tough gets the ball to Santos, who finishes from right in front. It looks like Spurs' fight to avoid relegation will go on until Sunday.
21:38 BST - A few standout stats from the game...
- Erling Haaland has scored in his last five games in the Premier League.
- Manchester City have scored in 33 of their 37 games, only Arsenal (34) have scored goals in more matches in the Premier League this season.
- Junior Kroupi has now scored 13 goals in the Premier League this season, more than any other Bournemouth player and a new record for most goals in a debut Premier League season from a teenager.
21:33 BST - Here's how things stand going into the final day of the Premier League, where Arsenal will lift their title at Selhurst Park.

21:30 BST - As you can see, City were throwing everything at their hosts at the end, but it was just too little too late.

21:26 BST - There is a chorus of champagne bottles popping in north London as Arsenal celebrate their first league title in over two decades.
21:25 BST - FULL-TIME: No they do not! There is the whistle that crowns Arsenal as Premier League champions! Bournemouth have drawn 1-1 with Man City thanks to an early goal from Kroupi, who wont have to buy a beer in the red side of north London for the rest of his life.
Man City had their chances, but in truth it was a clinical display from the hosts, who are looking at some exciting European fixtures next season.

21:23 BST - GOAL! Man City are level through Haaland! Do they have enough time for a winner?!
21:19 BST - CLOSE! Brooks has a chance to seal the win for Bournemouth, and duly beats the keeper, but his shot cannons off the post. That was the moment. Meanwhile, we will have six added minutes.
21:18 BST - We are back underway in south west London.
21:03 BST - HALF-TIME: We've reached the break at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea lead Tottenham 1-0 thanks to a fabulous Fernandez strike from long range. Spurs will live to fight another day if they lose here, but they would dearly love to end their relegation scrap with at least a point here tonight.

20:54 BST - Man City have roughly 30 minutes with which to save their league campiagn, while Bournemouth are on the brink of securing European football for next season. What a story for tonight's hosts who are deserving of their 1-0 lead up to now.
20:45 BST - CLOSE! Fernandez very nearly gets his second with a pinpoint free-kick in the top left corner. It rattles off the crossbar, but the keeper may well have been able to get there anyway. Still, nervy times for Spurs who would at the very least like to get the draw here today.
20:37 BST - SAVE! City nearly struck within moments of the restart. The ball fell kindly to O'Reilly, whose low effort was brilliantly kept out by Petrovic, getting down sharply to make a crucial save before Doku failed to convert the rebound.
20:36 BST - A long way to go, but as things stand the title race will not go to the final day of the season, but the relegation fight will.
20:34 BST - GOAL! Wow. Fernandez has given Chelsea the lead with a beauty of a goal from long range.
20:33 BST - We are back underway in Bournemouth.
20:30 BST - CHANCE! Palmer curls one towards goal which has Kinsky diving with an outstretched hand to palm it away.
20:27 BST - CLOSE! Tel heads towards goal from close range to very nearly give Spurs the lead at Chelsea, but a combination of Sanchez and the post sees the ball go out for a corner.
20:18 BST - HALF-TIME: There's the referee's whistle to indicate that we have reached the halfway mark of this game. Bournemouth lead 1-0 thanks to a superb Kroupi strike, and that means Arsenal are now just 90 minutes away from being crowned Premier League champions as things stand. Can Bournemouth do them an enormous favour with another strong showing in the second half?

20:15 BST - We have kicked off at Stamford Bridge!
20:09 BST - GOAL! Bournemouth are ahead! Kroupi gets the ball from a pinpoint cross from Truffert who had beaten his man down the left, and Kroupi turns before calmly slotting the ball into the top corner from far out. What a goal - and you could just about hear the roar from north London.
20:00 BST - We are just 15 minutes from kick-off at Stamford Bridge.
19:45 BST - CLOSE! Evanilson has inexplicably shot over the bar from right in front, with the keeper having been beaten by the cross. The flag goes up to spare his blushes, but it still won't do his confidence any good to have made such a mess of that chance.
19:42 BST - NO GOAL! Semenyo gets on the end of Haaland's neat pass to finish confidently in the bottom corner, but the flag goes up for offside. It was close, but the correct call.
19:34 BST - Early chance for Doku who does well to cut across his man, but the shot is a tame one and the threat ends there.
19:30 BST - We have kicked off at the Vitality Stadium!
19:28 BST - Is there anyone out there who would celebrate a Bournemouth result harder than Mikel Arteta?
19:19 BST - Roberto De Zerbi names an unchanged starting XI from the team that faced Leeds.
Beaten FA Cup finalists Chelsea make four changes to the starting XI that faced Liverpool in the Premier League last time out – Robert Sanchez, Josh Acheampong, Liam Delap, and Pedro Neto come in today for Filip Jorgensen, Malo Gusto, Joao Pedro, and Levi Colwill.

18:30 BST - Time for some team news.
Pep Guardiola has made five changes to the starting XI that faced Crystal Palace – Nico O'Reilly, Rodri, Mateo Kovacic, Erling Haaland, and Jeremy Doku come in today for Josko Gvardiol, Savinho, Omar Marmoush, Rayan Aït-Nouri, and Phil Foden.

17:49 BST - ...That'll be easier said than done for the visitors though, who have a woeful record away against Chelsea.
17:47 BST - As for Spurs, they visit bogey ground Stamford Bridge for a good old-fashioned catch-up with bitter rivals Chelsea, who no doubt will be keen to slam the brakes on the Tottenham survival party.
Spurs need a point from their final two games to stay up and condemn West Ham.

17:44 BST - Guardiola's already exhausted side will be playing their third game in six days following the FA Cup final in what has been a relentless schedule for the Citizens.
"It's always difficult (against Bournemouth), it always has been," he said on Monday. "Last season it was one of our worst performances in the Premier League. And when we played in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup last season, we played really good, so we'll see which phase we can do tomorrow.
"We've had three days (since the FA Cup final). They've had 10 days to prepare for the game and they play to qualify for the Champions League, so I think they have an argument to be the best version of Bournemouth, and I'm pretty sure that’s going to happen."
