Winners of every Six Nations since 2019, the world champions are cruising towards another title after also crushing Ireland and Scotland.
The Red Roses are now unbeaten in 36 games and gave a sold-out crowd at Ashton Gate plenty to cheer.
Captain Meg Jones, who was born in Cardiff, and Marlie Packer both scored twice.
Maddie Feaunati, debutant Millie David, Amy Cokayne, Claudia Moloney-MacDonald, Jess Breach and Maud Muir also went over.
"We're loving it, every time we come into camp we love being with the Red Roses it's a really nice place to be and we get to put this kind of product out on the pitch," said Packer.
Wales were beaten in their opening two games of the tournament against Scotland and France.
A heavy defeat was always on the cards against the England juggernaut, but they salvaged some pride with four tries through Keira Bevan, Kelsey Jones, Bethan Lewis and Seren Lockwood.
"To get a try-scoring bonus point, I don't think anyone has done it against England in the Six Nations since 2023," said Wales captain Lewis.
"We've got more to do but we can be proud of aspects of our performance. We showed great character."
England travel to Italy and France next month as they bid to complete the Grand Slam.
