15:50 BST - There's half-time at Wembley between Chelsea and Manchester City, where it remains goalless.

15:28 BST - Manchester City quicken the pace and put the ball across the box for Erling Haaland to score - but it's ruled out for a clear offside in the buildup.

15:26 BST - Nothing separates Manchester City and Chelsea midway through the first half, with barely even half-chances for either side. Joao Pedro has perhaps had the most promising move - which ended with him slipping over as he shot inside the box. Hopefully, things pick up soon!

15:02 BST - We're underway at Wembley!

14:45 BST - After a historic title win for Celtic, it's time to shift our focus to the FA Cup final between Chelsea and Manchester City! That gets underway in 15 minutes and we'll have all the key updates here.

14:40 BST - Here's how the top end of the Premiership table looks after this afternoon's results:

14:33 BST - Celtic fans have invaded the pitch to celebrate before the game was even finished and the players have been taken off the field. It's still unclear whether the referee has actually blown the final whistle or not.

14:30 BST - GOAL! Celtic seal their 56th Premiership title after Hearts send the goalkeeper up for a late free-kick, the ball gets launched back out of the box, and Callum Osmand races away to turn into an empty net for 3-1.

14:20 BST - GOAL! Celtic take the lead late on against Hearts to put themselves within touching distance of the title! Dazien Maeda converts in the 87th minute to make it 2-1.

14:14 BST - Now a brilliant save from Alexander Schwolow keeps the scores level - Celtic are knocking on the door in the closing stages.

14:13 BST - Iheanacho strikes the post for Celtic! The striker produces a superb turn and curls his effort goalwards, but it rebounds back out.

14:10 BST - Around 12 minutes plus stoppage time remains at Celtic Park, where it's still 1-1. Celtic need a goal to seal their 56th Premiership title; if not, Hearts are champions for the first time in 66 years.

14:05 BST - The line-ups are in for this afternoon's FA Cup final, with Rodri starting for Manchester City, while Rayan Cherki has dropped to the bench.

For Chelsea, Levi Colwill starts just his second game since recovering from an ACL injury.

13:38 BST - We're underway for the second half, with Kelechi Iheanacho subbed on for Celtic. Defender Frankie Kent has also been brought on by Hearts. A reminder that, if the score stays as it is, Hearts will win the Premiership.

13:22 BST - There's half-time between Celtic and Hearts, with the score level at 1-1 after goals from Shankland and Engels.

13:20 BST - GOAL! Celtic equalise in the final minute of first-half added time! Arne Engels converts a penalty to bring his side level.

13:15 BST - GOAL! Hearts lead at Celtic Park! Lawrence Shankland is on hand to open the scoring and put his side within touching distance of a first title in 66 years! The striker arrives at the back post to thump a header home after a well-worked set-piece routine.

13:00 BST - Still nothing separates the two sides in this mammoth title clash after 30 minutes played. Hearts are allowing Celtic's Auston Trusty to see plenty of the ball at the back - but there has been little action for any of the home side's forward players.

Elsewhere, Rangers lead Falkirk 3-1, having already secured third place in the league table.

12:45 BST - There's nothing in it as we approach the 15-minute mark in the first half at Celtic Park. Hearts - only needing a draw - have controlled the flow of things nicely and limited Celtic to just one header over the bar.

12:27 BST - We're about to get underway at Celtic Park! Stick with us for all the key updates.

12:15 BST - Ahead of kick-off, Flashscore spoke exclusively to former Hearts striker Roman Bednář - he spent two seasons at Tynecastle and was part of a side that finished second in the league. It's safe to say he's hoping his former side can deliver this afternoon!

11:25 BST - Time for a quick run-down of all the permutations for today's big match in Scotland!

To put it simply, Hearts will win their first Premiership title since 1960 if they avoid defeat at Celtic Park. If Celtic win, they will claim a fifth consecutive league title and a record 56th in their history.

If Hearts were to triumph, they would become the first non-Old Firm winner for more than 40 years.
