The Red Bulls are looking to revive a Champions League campaign that has stalled, and their form at the Red Bull Arena gives them every reason to believe.

City's wobble has been unexpected after a perfect start to the season. They needed penalties to get past Brighton in the League Cup in midweek, and their record in this competition is hardly convincing, with just eight wins from their last 20 Champions League games.

They did bounce back from the 4-2 loss to PSG by thrashing AEK Athens 5-1, and they sit three points ahead of Leipzig in the league phase.

Leipzig have lost two of their three Champions League games this season, both 4-1 away from home to Como and Real Madrid, but their home form is excellent.

They have won all five home games this season without conceding, scoring 19 goals in the process, and they've won ten consecutive matches at the Red Bull Arena.

These two teams have played six times in the Champions League, and those games have produced 30 goals, an average of five per game. Only Milan against Rapid Vienna have a higher goals-per-game ratio among fixtures played five or more times in the European Cup and Champions League.

City haven't kept a clean sheet in their last six games and have been conceding plenty of chances, while Leipzig have been prolific at home.
