World Cup 2026

The 2026 World Cup will be held from June 11th to July 19th in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The tournament will feature 48 national teams and will be played in 16 modern stadiums.

11:02 BST - Canada became the first team to reach the last 16 as they netted in second-half stoppage time to beat South Africa 1-0 on Sunday.

Stephen Eustaquio lashed a 92nd-minute half-volley into the bottom corner to send the co-hosts through, earning them a World Cup knockout berth for the first time.
