Barcelona and Alaves are currently experiencing the most challenging point of their respective campaigns. The visitors have picked up just two points from their last six league matches, while Barça head into the one after losing to Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid last week.

If Hansi Flick's men want to preserve their lead at the summit of the LaLiga table, they must extend Alavés' long winless run.

Barça to score between two and four goals

Barça will be desperate to recapture their best form after their two aformentioned setbacks, so we expect the hosts to attack from the first whistle. 

The Catalans have scored between two and four goals in four of their last six league outings, while the same could also be said four of their most recent six meetings with Sunday's opponents. Alavés managed to record a narrow victory when these two sides last met in May, but were perhaps helped by the fact that Barcelona had clinched the LaLiga title just three days earlier.

Explanation: This bet lands if Barcelona score either two, three, or four goals during the match, regarless of the final result. 

Barça to win without conceding

Barcelona's defensive vulnerabilities have served to widen their odds in the win to nil market, something that we feel can potentially be exploited. On average, Alavés have scored less than one goal per game across their opening ten league matches, while Barça will be focused on correcting the defensive errors that contributed to their downfall in the recent clashes with PSG and Real Madrid. 

Sunday's hosts will be hoping for a similar performance to the one they produced against Getafe, who left the Camp Nou without finding the net.

However, this bet is slightly risky, given that Alavés have scored in all of their away matches apart from last month's goalless draw with Bilbao at the San Mamés.

Under 12 Corners 

Only one of Barcelona's last six matches have produced at least a dozen corners, with both teams being awarded six each in Sunday's thrilling El Clásico. Furthermore, there haven't been more than 12 corners in any of Alavés' last seven league contests. 

The same stat also applies to each of the last three meetings between these two sides, so we expect a similar outcome on this occasion.
